Clemson Football is here and so is the Coach Frank Howard memorabilia home. This home has been totally renovated as of 9/2022!! What an awesome update and transformation! This home sits on 25 acres with many many rocks. . Picnic shelters and a swinging-door saloon are located on the property. A fire 🔥 pit is out back for your enjoyment on cold nights. Frank Howard coached football at Clemson university for 40 years. This is the place to be for Clemson home games!

This home has been totally remodeled in 2022! You’re gonna love it ! The Frank Howard estate sits on 25 acres. Multiple picnic shelters with fireplaces are around the property. A huge rock pile converted to rock seats and a swinging-door saloon. The farmhouse has a front porch and a back deck and a fire pit! Your Clemson tailgate starts here. What happens at Howard's stays at the Howard's!

There’s 25 acres to roam around and see all kinds of wildlife including deer. A real retreat and getaway! This is a farmhouse!!!. We use Tesla internet.

• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine

In town for Football

This was a great place to stay for a football weekend or any weekend! The house was just a 25 min drive to the stadium with gameday traffic which was amazing. We went into Clemson the night before and it only took 10 mins. My family and I are looking forward to coming up again during basketball season. The house and bathrooms were great. The kids loved the firepit and we roasted marshmellows. A very relaxing stay!
