Welcome to your perfect Lake Hartwell getaway — This newly updated lake home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 5 cozy beds, making it ideal for families, game day weekends, or a relaxing retreat with friends. Fully furnished and thoughtfully designed, the home blends warm rustic touches with fresh updates throughout. With plenty of parking, there’s room for multiple vehicles and even a boat trailer — making arrival and unloading stress-free.

On the main floor of the this home, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining, master bedroom, master bathroom, and the laundry room. Upstairs you have another bedroom with a queen sized bed and a twin bed with clothing storage. The loft offers an additional queen sized bed as well as another twin bed. There is a full bathroom on the second level.

Guess will have access to the entire home, aside from any locked closets. Guests will not have access to the boat, boat lift, or any sea-doo`s that may be on the property.

The property offers generous parking accommodations for multiple vehicles, including space for a boat trailer. Clearly posted directional and parking signage makes arrival and unloading simple and stress-free.

The dock is on deep water on Lake Hartwell. 2 boats can be tied up on the side of the dock as guests are not to use the boat or boat lift on the property. There are 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard, 3 paddles, and a few life jackets for guests to use, please bring your own life jacket if needed. Please bring your children their own life jacket as well, as the water is deep at the dock and there will be no life guard on duty. Guests will have access to the outdoor fire-pit. Feel free to use a few pieces of wood that have been cut, but please be considerate. Lighters/ matches will not be provided. Guest`s may use The Point at Lake Hartwell to launch your boat for $5, it is just a few minutes from the house. Please be mindful of any wildlife that may find their way to the property, especially in the warmer months.

We’ve stocked the home with a starter supply of essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, and laundry detergent) so you can relax as soon as you arrive. If you’re staying awhile or need more, just plan to grab extras during your trip.
All guests will be required to sign an external rental agreement prior to check-in.
-Guest`s are not to touch the boat, boat lift, sea-doo`s, or sea-doo platform.
-Guest`s are not to enter any locked owners closets.
-Guest`s are only to bring beach towels down to the lake, please keep the white towels for the home.
-No more than 2 boats are to be tied to dock.
-Do not remove any furniture from dock
-Please bring children their own life jacket
