Great property

Very well appointed apartment, super clean, very nice place to crash after a long day at USC parents weekend. Very reasonably priced.

Weekend getaway

Nice cozy place to stay!! It was clean and had everything we could need! Maybe add a recliner though. Pool was great!! When we come back to town I will definitely check to stay here again!

Clean a d great communication

Very clean and safe place to stay, gated and in a convenient location. Nice and quiet at night, great AC system and appliances. Bathroom was nice and clean also. Will be staying there again when needed.

Great Monthly Stay

I stayed at this property for a full month while working at a local hospital and both the host and property lived up to expectations. Trenia was promptly responsive throughout the entire stay. The property itself is as seen in the photos and everything was working properly. The gated security was a big plus for me and I never ran into any issues with the key fob entry. If the opportunity presents itself I would gladly stay here again.

Nice place

Overall nice place. Check in was a hastle. Had to call owner 10 min before arrival which was very late. Waited at the complex gate for 10 min because my messages would not go through.

Grocery stores are 5 minutes away. Everything is within reach including a hospital. Our space is only 15 min away from downtown Columbia, SC, 5 points, and if you are a fan of the USC Gamecocks you are minutes away as well.

If you are traveling here for business, the airport is 15 minutes away. Augusta Georgia is an hour and 30 minutes away depending on traffic from our location as well.
