Welcome to our beautiful 2br/2ba completely remodeled condo with very rare access to Diamond Resort Amenities which include Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Room, tennis court, Game Room with Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, shuffleboard, access to miniature golf course and Fall creek Marina where you can fish and rent a boat. Condo is centrally located minutes away from Table Rock Lake, Golf courses, Branson Landing, the 76 Strip, Shows, Restaurants, Silver Dollar City, Outlets and a lot more. Large screen 58 in Smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, washer/dryer…
Small Dogs are allowed up to 25lb, with 65$ Pet fee (one dog) Table Rock lake and Moonshine Beach is 4 min drive enjoy swimming, kayaking, rent a boat/Jet ski at state park Marina.

Fall Creek Marina is within the resort area located on a beautiful Taneycomo lake, which is famous for trout fishing.

Spend a day playing golf on any of the golf courses, closest one is Point Royale.

Silver Dollar City is 15 min drive where this world famous park has fun rides, shows and delicious food for whole family.

After a fun day exploring Branson come back and enjoy pool and hot tub.

Nice unit, but a few things could make it better. Great remodel job 4 sure. Our only problems were very uncomfortable furniture in front room, and tv location was in an odd place. And the upper window in the lower br allows light from every car passing by. No br tv in either br. We had no travel size soaps or shampoos, but we got our own. Everything else was as described. The host was a really nice guy.

The amenities on the property were nice, even though we couldn’t figure out how to get in the indoor pool. We used the mini golf course & outdoor pool. The condo was small but ok for a short stay. The futons used for extra sleeping were extremely uncomfortable to sit on & even more uncomfortable to sleep on. The other beds were nice as well as having extra bed linens. When we would walk into the condo there was a terrible smell. It would fade (or we got used to it) the long the air ran.

AC thermostat was set on an Eco Saver mode and would go up to 79 during day. Being unaware of this Eco setting, we came back to very hot condo after a long hot day at SDC. This was an easy fix by contacting the host to adjust the thermostat settings remotely thru WiFi. No further AC issues throughout remaining stay. Futon style couches in living room are not for comfort of sitting, and definitely not for sleeping. Please consider a sectional couch or sleeper sofas.

The condo was very clean and in a quiet area. The condo is very close to all the attractions on the strip. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend for a great place while in Branson!

The condo was ideal for our stay. We were there for a softball tournament. Would have preferred a tv in the master bedroom and the parking was a little tight for bigger vehicles.

Overall I would definitely stay again. The pool with kids is perfect and the playground. Unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning but I’m sure at no fault of the host. I will say there is a washing machine, but it did not wash my clothes it is pretty old. Great location and served our family well. Thanks!
