Stayed here with my family for 4 nights. House was amazing! Beautiful views. Beds were so comfortable. My adult kids loved the roof top area, layed out in the sun, grillled and used the hot tub every day! Has a large seating area up there and an outdoor kitchen. Was so nice to end our days up there. All guests have a lot of privacy, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is on the Shanrahan river, with the beach right across the street. So convenient to everything and views of all. Excellent! Host was very responsive to all our inquiries and was very helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do. We all said we would definitely rent again!!

Absolutly gorgeous condo. My family of six were more than comfortably as each room has it's own onsuit. Every room has a view of the water, but the master bedroom has the best view of all with access to look east and watch the sunrise or look west and watch it set. The roof top is furnushed with a working kichen and jacuzzi. Views are also east and west to capture amazing photos of the sun. I was in constant contact with Brian, who was able to provide me with a list of things to do in the area and set us up with a private chef to come and cook hibatchi. Our chef, Jayson, was htsterical! He really knows how to entertain! The food was just as good. I will definitely be back to enjoy all that this condo has to offer.

Beautiful!

Wow! Picturesque views, proximity to the beach, and pampered furnishings in the home…this place has it all. The beach and broadwalk were just a block away and all the beach gear was provided. The canal was literally out the back door and so fun to watch the variety of watercraft go by. The property and amenities were first class. We felt like we were in a dream.

Awesome experience

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 5-Story Condo W/ King Bed Jacuzzi W/ Ocean View managed by GQ MGMT CO, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This modern, spacious condo on the beach truly embodies luxury and fun. First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Being right on the beach, we enjoyed stunning ocean views from the private jacuzzi on the fifth floor, and the inlet views were equally breathtaking. The condo itself is incredibly well-maintained and offers all the amenities you could need for a perfect getaway. The private entrance and garage were convenient, ensuring we had secure parking for our truck. Although we didn't use the transportation service from the airport, it's a great option for those who might need it. The private dock is an excellent addition for boating enthusiasts, though we didn't take advantage of this service during our stay. What really stood out was the range of luxurious services offered. From the private jacuzzi to the opportunity to hire a yacht, private chef, and masseuses, GQ MGMT CO goes above and beyond to cater to their guests' every need. The private grill on the fifth floor was perfect for evening barbecues, and the elevator made accessing all five floors effortless. Nestled between the Intracoastal waterways and a beautiful beach boardwalk, this condo's location provided the perfect blend of relaxation and activity. Whether you're lounging by the ocean or exploring the nearby attractions, t

Beautiful Property

Three couples shared this home on our recent trip to Florida. The home is exactly as represented online - clean, beautiful and modern. We found this property to be perfect for our needs as each couple had a bedroom with their own bathroom and balcony. The mattresses were all comfortable. We loved that this property was only 150 steps to the Broadwalk which made access to the beach and restaurants very easy. During this trip we visited Ft Lauderdale, Miami and the Hard Rock Stadium which were all easy drives from this location. We would rent this home again as it really was fantastic. For other families I would note that you can only bring one car. Since our group was sharing a large SUV this was not an issue. The internet is good but not great. I brought my laptop hoping to do some work while on vacation but the connection was spotty and staying connected on my work laptop was at time challenging. Since it was vacation it was probably a good thing but just something to keep in mind if you plan to try to work. My last suggestion would be an onsite binder with house instructions. Most instructions are by QR code. The stove for example has QR instructions which were difficult to open from my cell phone and you need those instructions because 6 reasonably intelligent people could not figure out how to operate the stove without the instructions which is a funny memory. Overall a great property that made for a wonderful vacation with friends that we will return to!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you and your group enjoyed the home and found it perfect for your needs. It’s great to know that the setup with each couple having their own bedroom, bathroom, and balcony worked out so well. Also, we’re glad you loved the easy access to the Broadwalk, beach, and nearby attractions—location is definitely one of the highlights! We appreciate your feedback about the Wi-Fi connection and will certainly look into enhancing it to better support remote work. Additionally, your suggestion for a physical binder with house instructions is very helpful, and we are working on adding that to make things even more convenient for our guests. We want everything to be as seamless as possible, including that tricky stove—thank you for sharing that funny memory! We truly appreciate you choosing our property for your Florida getaway, and we would be delighted to welcome you back anytime! Thank you for choosing a GQ Vacation Home.
