Sea Star Village is an oceanfront complex. The beach is just a 1 minute walk (less than 150 yards!) from our place to the sand. Sea Star Village is just approximately 2.5 miles from the swing bridge in Surf City. You'll be mesmerized by the gorgeous views! Roll down the windows, feel the wind and breathe in the ocean air as you drive to paradise!

This quality built home is completely furnished, away from it all, yet close to everything. For those days you don't want sand between your toes, relax at the pool which you have 2 balcony views! There are also two balcony views of the intra-coastal waterway, and a sneak peak at the ocean from the master bedroom balcony! A total of 4 balcony views!

You first step into the game room featuring a foosball table. As you enter the middle level you will find 3 bedrooms; the second floor master suite and two guest bedrooms. The 2nd floor master suite has 2 queen beds with an attached private bath (double vanity, spacious walk in shower) and balcony. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level. The other two guest bedrooms on this level have an adjoining deck overlooking the pool. both outfitted with bunk beds (one bunk bed per guest room) featuring a full size bed on the bottom and twin on the top, sleeping 3 in each room.

The upper level family/gathering room with vaulted ceiling, features a 46' Flat Screen TV, comfy sofa and chairs, stereo, DVD & CD player, and a spacious dining area. Large windows provide viewing the waterway or watching the evening sunset. Enjoy the large open deck, with chairs & high table for outdoor dining, etc. Another outdoor deck on the back of the home is great for conversation while enjoying a quiet ocean wake-up.

The custom kitchen adjoining the family room offers an entertaining island with granite countertops. It has premium appliances that include a smooth top range, stainless steel fridge with ice & water in door, dishwasher, & microwave. Fully equipped with all utensils, bakeware, cookware and serving dishes...everything you need to prepare and serve family meals! The gourmet cook in the crowd will LOVE this kitchen.

Enter the 3rd master suite on this level featuring a king size bed and en suite master bath. Enjoy the large jetted tub, with a tile enclosed shower. Enjoy the outdoor deck at this entrance.

Surf City comes alive in the summer with nightlife just across the street for entertainment and dinner, bicyclist enjoying riding daily, golfing is just a few miles away in Sneads Ferry. Quaint shops await you on the island to include: 'Justbaked Bakery', Beach Outfitters, IGA (great gift store inside), Bert's Surfshop, Salty Turtle Brewery and don't forget about the wonderful fresh seafood, restaurants, and so much more! You can sit on a balcony and be a part of it all as you enjoy the people passing by.

Our home has 6 colored cable TVs, a dvd player, foosball, ceiling fans in every bedroom and the living room, wireless internet, deck furniture and more! All bedroom and living room tv's were updated in 2018 to include ROKU applications in addition to cable channels - you can log into Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime just like at home! I have to mention the breathtaking sunset views and the intra-coastal waterway views...what a way to end the day! It's not just a state of mind, it's a reality. The neighborhood pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Just a few yards from the front door are a long time island nightlife staple - Hula's. Hula's has the best burger on the island! Newer 10th Street Grill is also across the street, offering lunch and dinner in a cozy sports bar atmosphere.

The unit can accommodate parking for up to three vehicles in the carport. Also, please be aware we do have security cameras outside of the unit for safety and security monitoring.
