Brady St Modern 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bath Luxury Unit
Our unit is completely updated as a showcase project by our designer. It has a cook's kitchen but if you want to go out to eat or drink there are many restaurants and bars within a few blocks.
Easily hold 4 adults + Kids.
Full of windows and light w 12-foot ceilings.
The master bedroom has a ladder up to a sleeping loft with an air mattress (great for kids).
Both bedrooms have brand-new queen mattresses (1 firm 1 plush).
Close to the lake, museums, Fiserv, Summerfest, MSOE & downtown.
We have a tiny home in the city concept where all space is utilized. The space was a butcher store in the 1890s. It is full of workmanship, light, and original old-growth maple floors. Then we added all modern conveniences from stainless steel appliances to a cook's cooking area.
Our guests love the patio area when's nice outside. This is a kid-friendly space and they can sleep in the loft or on the hide-a-bed.
This is an urban neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants on Brady street. Many bars have free shuttles to American Field so come and watch the brewers.
And you will not have to spend time looking for a parking spot as we have one for you in our fenced lot.
During Summerfest, you are less than 2 miles from the world's largest music festival.
If you like nature the Milwaukee River trails are a few blocks away where you can hike and fish.
There is also a paved Riverwalk that goes all the way downtown.
We are hosts who live in the building and want you to have a home away from home experience. We are here to answer questions and give suggestions.
