The house was very spacious and clean in a beautiful neighborhood. The balconies showcased the rolling hills of Austin and the pool was perfect to get into during the warm days. Highly recommend for a stay!

The property was wonderful! The location, the property itself and all the ease of settling in. Jessica, my point of contact, could not have been more helpful. The house is set out so well, plenty of space to stretch out as a family. The pool area is very welcome in the heat. No issues with checking in, and communication was clear and precise. We were grateful for the suggested areas to eat with views were much appreciated by the host. The location is close to restaurants, cafes and even golf cources. I would highly recommend Jessica as a host and the the Villa 10 stars.

Hi, I’m Jessica! If I made up a story about my life, I really couldn’t make it weirder than the truth. I’m a native Texan, but I went to grad school in Miami. I have a PhD in Biology and used to be an Academic researcher. I did the whole shebang; I’m a published author and even wrote a couple of chapters in an obscure textbook! During my studies, I rode an airboat to work, I stepped on an alligator in the Florida Everglades, & got stung in the eye by a Caribbean wasp in Trinidad. I’ve been to almost every body of water in South Florida, but I’ve never once seen a manatee in the wild…and I’m still upset about it. Once I finished my stint in Academia, I taught myself interior design and how to renovate homes by demoing my own ugly kitchen… my spouse thought I was crazy, but I was fed up with looking at it. Now, we have an entire business doing it! Designing and hosting Airbnbs was the natural next step for me, and I love it. I still dabble in science, but mostly just for fun. I enjoy tacos, water sports with my little girl, and building custom furniture….but only when I’m supposed to be doing something more important; I lovingly call it “procrastination art”.

I love creating spaces for people to enjoy. But I really love hosting because it allows me to up the ante and use these spaces to create EXPERIENCES that people enjoy! I can’t wait to host you!

Situated in the middle of nature, but still close to all the conveniences of the city, our home is the best of both worlds! Families and friend groups love our home because it is spacious and quiet, and because of the premium amenities like the multiple outdoor dining/lounge spaces and the resort style pool/hot tub area. We have something for everyone!
