*Winter months, please keep all windows and sliding door closed

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests are not allowed to bring pets. However, full disclosure, our condo is NOT a pet-free environment. Dog have been present previously.

The previous owner had a dog and we have a non-shedding, hypoallergenic small dog. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.

Fantastic

What a great condo. Very clean and has everything you could want (paper goods, soaps, games, videos, and a fully stocked kitchen). My wife and I stayed in the master suite and the kids stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs. The downstairs has its own TV room and a full laundry room. Waterville Valley ski mountain is only a 5 minute drive. The town square is a short walk and has a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants. We will definitely be back several times.

Tennis weekend

I went with three of my girlfriends for a tennis weekend at Waterville Valley. This place was perfect. Super clean. Plenty of room for four adults. We were able to use the pool and hot tub at the athletic club. Hope to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Family vacay 2023

We had a wonderful vacation here. The condo was just lovely. The decor was beautiful and it was clean and comfortable with enough room for all. We didn’t need to bring anything except clothing, food and personal items. Everything we could could need (was supplied and the owners were extremely responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

So cute!

Very CUTE & CLEAN condo! We had a great stay with family for a quick ski trip to Waterville and this was a great place to stay with family. A lot of seating in the common area and we loved being able to sit down for breakfast and dinner together. Location was great! We walked into town and also utilized the shuttle to the mountain. Would absolutely come back. Communication was fantastic.

The property was perfect for a family. It was very clean, stocked with everything you would need, and up to date with all the latest technology. We inadvertently left a bag and discovered it after checking out and locking the door. After discovering the missing bag hours later, we messaged the owner. We received a quick response and were able to retrieve the bag averting a serious problem. This review comes with my highest recommendation.Susan

Outstanding accommodation in Waterville Valley

What a lovely stay we had in Waterville - in particular the accommodation surpassed expectations. I don't think the online listing did it justice as it was just fantastic. Felt like home from home but better - I took photos of the interiors so I could copy them in my own home! Everything that we needed was available to us and thoughtful touches throughout this lovely home. The owners were in touch to make sure check-in was smooth and then when the weather wasn't great with suggestions of rainy day activities. They could not have been more helpful. I hope we can return at some point. Family of 5 from Scotland

Fabulous accommodations! The condo was exactly as advertised, impeccably decorated, very clean and well stocked with anything we needed for our getaway family weekend!The neighborhood was quiet, within walking distance from town square and close to many hiking trails. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and made sure all our needs were met. Exactly as photographed and described. Very very comfortable and quiet. Many comfort amenities such as portable AC unit, fans for each room, laundry room, and many available supplies. It was so easy to settle in and be comfortable. The decor, rugs and beds( bedding) were great. The two levels provided privacy and quiet. The location was convenient to all WV activities. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. Oh! Forgot to mention how nice it was to have a large mudroom entry for gear and shoe removal!!

Gorgeous Condo

The condo was inviting when we first opened the door… I appreciated the "please take shoes off before entering" - the condo was spotless. The quality of the flooring, kitchen, furnishings was higher than average. Extra care was taken with beautiful white towels, even thick toilet paper! Ha ha little extras that you don't normally see. It really felt like home. We had a wonderful time, location was good, communication was great, we would highly highly recommend!

Living in Massachusetts, we feel incredibly fortunate to be just a short drive from our getaway in Waterville Valley—a true four-season resort community with endless activities and events for all ages.

We fell in love with this part of the White Mountains, but what makes it truly special is the small, close-knit community of Waterville Valley. The condo is the perfect size for one or two families and gives us the chance to share this wonderful place with friends and relatives. It’s our favorite place to slow down, disconnect, and enjoy fresh mountain air and the beauty of nature. The Valley is so family-friendly, and we love joining the local activities and meeting new people who share the same appreciation for the outdoors.

The condo’s layout makes it ideal for gathering together after a day of adventure—there’s plenty of space to enjoy meals and time as a group, while still offering everyone their own room to relax. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to Town Square, the Athletic Club, the Recreation Department, and a network of hiking and cross-country trails. The golf clubhouse and 18 clay tennis courts are only a three-minute drive away, and Snows Mountain is close by for hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, or a refreshing dip in Cascade Falls.
