Waterville Valley Condo - Well Appointed With Mountain Views

This cozy and quaint getaway is designed for guests that are interested in a peaceful and quiet trip away!

We want you to feel at home and taken care of when you stay at our condo.

A short 5 minute drive to Mt. Tecumseh or take the Free Shuttle to the ski slopes.

Hiking trails can be accessed directly behind the condo.

2 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms with a spacious floor plan.

Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing in the all seasons porch and looking at the spectacular Mountain View’s that wrap around the property!

Relax in the family room, enjoy reading, watching t.v. after a day on the slopes.

The master bedroom suite has a king bed with a private full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is located adjacent to a full bathroom with tub and shower.

The kitchen has all the amenities. A refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, stove, Keurig coffee maker etc. There is a washer & dryer within the kitchen area. The family room has a 65” flat screen t.v., bar and all seasons porch. A ski locker is provided to securely lock up your ski’s, hiking equipment or other items..

***Remember, this is a condo and not a hotel. We have neighbors so guests must be respectful of them at all times of their stay. An, Acknowledgement of Condo Rules & Regulations along with verification of identity will be asked of each guest prior to stay.

***We thoroughly launder every touchable fabric after each guest. (Shower curtains and liners, towels, all linens, robes, bedding, blankets, throws, sofa pillow covers etc).

***Our commitment is to provide our guests a unique vacation experience in a clean and comfortable setting with a bit of style mixed in. All season guests are welcome. (FYI: Summer guests be aware we do not have a/c. The mountain breeze is quite comfortable using our air circulators though.)

***Maximum guests allowed is 4.

***We do not offer long term rentals.

***Not equipped for young children under 3 (not baby proofed) & No Pets.

***The White Mountains were recently rated as one of the "10 best fall weekend getaways in the US for autumn charm".....Fall Waterville Valley colors will blow you away!

Perfect mountain condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and the location was wonderful. Gorgeous mountain views and the shuttle to the ski area is right out front. It was perfect for a family of 4.

A relaxing spot in a great location

This condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a great vacation. It was a convenient spot for trips to town center as well as hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was great!! Centrally located to the mountain and town! Very clean and great space for a 2 bedroom condo! The real fireplace was a great addition to our family ski getaway! Ryan was responsive and easy to work with! Would definitely stay again!

Our family with 3 children under 8 stayed at this condo and it was perfect! Easy walk to everything you need. The condo was very comfortable and had a great view. We plan to stay here again!

Cozy modern mountain getaway

Ryan’s condo was very very nice and comfortable . He had everything you could possibly need and more. The place is spacious and decorated very nicely . We will be trying to book his place every time we make it up from now on.

We had another wonderful stay at the condo! I am so impressed with everything they offer for their guests and how beautiful everything is inside. Heidi and Brian made sure everything was perfect for our stay. This is the only place we will stay in Waterville Valley because once you find a condo like this you won’t want to stay anywhere else.

Nice condo - plenty of room

We had a nice time in Waterville Valley. The weather couldn't have been better. Ryan's condo is just a four minute drive to the town center, which was our central meeting place. The condo was nice. I liked that we had so much room. It was cozy, very quiet and peaceful. That is very important to my husband and I when we travel.

Great place and great location!

Amazing place! Very pretty inside and out! Tons of room on the inside and the views of the mountain are incredible. Only downside was the windows need blackout curtains! Very bright on the inside especially in the guest room. There are lights directly outside and make it daylight all the time. Easy fix with some blackout curtains. Will stay again!

Cozy with great attention to details

We just loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and anything we needed was at our finger tips. Check in and check out was clear and the unit was very clean. We would definitely return and will recommend to other family and friends too! Property manager answered all our questions promptly. This ia a gem in the White Mountains

Wonderful holiday weekend!

We have stayed in several different VRBO listings in the White Mountains, and this has been our favorite, hands down! The condo was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient, and the view was great. We even had a partial view of the Town Square fireworks from the comfort of inside the condo, which was perfect for a night when the windchill was below zero. The condo was cozy and warm! Ryan was an extremely nice and responsive host, answering any questions we had very quickly. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect mountain getaway

Everything about our weekend here was excellent! The booking process, check-in, and communication with our owner was a breeze. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a prime location to enjoy all of the activities Waterville Valley has to offer. The condo was a perfect set-up for our group: grandma in the second bedroom, mom & dad in the master bedroom, and our 4-year old on the pullout in the porch (best room in the house)! We had so much fun on the mountain, downtown, and even swimming at the health club on a rainy day. We will definitely be coming back!

Best Condol We Have Been In!

I can not say enough good things about this condo! It was beyond our expectations- everything we could have needed was provided- it was beautiful and had a fantastic view from the enclosed porch. It was obvious that they took the time to make it as comfortable as possible- from the personal welcome note and welcome gifts to making sure that directions for everything were clear and easy to follow. We have been going to WV for years and this is the best place we have stayed at by far. Heidi and Brian are wonderful people to rent from. We will be definitely coming back soon!

Hockey Tournament - Getaway

The location and unit were perfect for what we needed. We are a family that enjoys our quiet time. Since we were in town for a hockey tournament, it was nice to have a quiet space away from the all the activity. We have traveled to Waterville the last few years and this was by far our favorite stay. We can’t thank Ryan enough. Communication was great and every detail was spelled out nicely so you know exactly what to do. The unit also had everything we needed and more. It felt like home away from home.

Repeat visit to K3

The condo had all the necessities we needed. Check in was seamless, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Even though it’s been a hot summer, the 2 Honeywell fans made it comfortable. The condo is a nice respite after a day of activity. We took the Cannon Tram up the mountain one day and enjoyed spectacular views. We saw a bald eagle over Squam Lake. We enjoyed drinks and music at the Golf Club House on our last night. Ryan was very responsive in completing the rental agreement. Hope to stay again since our son lives in Plymouth.

Great trip!

We were very impressed by the property! Perfect for our family of three. Loved the location, amenities, the property itself was clean and everything we would have expected. My 10 year old wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the loft (steep stairs) so she slept on the couch, so I would probably suggest a slightly older kid (who doesn’t sleepwalk on occasion) to sleep up there! The AC was perfect— even cold some nights— so if that’s a concern of yours… it works! The owner was quick to respond to any issues (we didn’t have working remotes for the AC didn’t work at first), and we would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for your condo!!

Outstanding spot in Waterville! Pristine, quiet, lovely and thoughtful touches.

This was our first time staying at this property and we will be back! Heidi and Brian have created an amazingly peaceful and lovely home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook at home. The condo was so cleaned and looked brand new! The furnishings and bedding was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the porch when we weren't enjoying the outdoor activities in Waterville. The condo is so close to the town center yet it is on the back edge of the complex so the views are great and it felt like we were tucked away. Heidi and Brian were very responsive to inquiries and left several very thoughtful touches when we arrived. I had the opportunity to meet them when I was on my way out and they are really nice folks. Great property and great value.
