Escape to Waterville Valley and enjoy this spacious, privately situated 3-bedroom, 2,200-square-foot Forest Knoll condo, offering peaceful wooded views and easy access to everything the Valley has to offer.

Tucked away at the rear of the building, Forest Knoll D1 is just a short stroll from Waterville Valley Town Square, the Mountain Athletic Club, golf course, and sledding hill. Skiers will appreciate the convenient shuttle access to Waterville Valley Resort—just one stop from the mountain and the first stop on the return trip. Hiking and mountain biking trails are also easily accessible.

The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a Roku TV, gas fireplace, and inviting four-season screened-in porch overlooking the woods. The spacious primary suite includes a new king bed, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. A separate half bath completes this level.

The lower level offers plenty of additional space for families to spread out and relax. A cozy bonus living room features a second TV, gas fireplace, kitchenette, pull-out daybed that converts to a king, and private porch. Down the hall, a second primary suite includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. A third bedroom features two sets of new twin bunk beds, with an additional full bathroom nearby.

For added convenience, the condo includes a washer and dryer, along with a spacious utility closet with plenty of room to store gear and hang wet ski clothes after a day on the slopes.

Additional Amenities:

Guests may enjoy access to the Mountain Athletic Club's indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and racquetball courts, and fitness facilities for an additional fee.

We have been coming to Waterville Valley for many years and this was the 2nd time we have rented Jon and Kate’s condo for a 1-week stay. Once again, we had a great stay and the entire family enjoyed our time there. We are already planning a return trip next summer and will definitely book this condo again.

Convenient location, but one bedding concernThis condo's location was a real highlight — close to the village and an easy distance from the activities we came to Waterville Valley for. The unit itself had plenty of space for our group, and we appreciated that all the essentials were covered: kitchen supplies, bathroom items, and laundry were all provided, which made settling in easy.The condo was clean on the surface, but on the third morning our son woke up with what looked like bug bites, possibly from bed bugs or fleas in the bunk room mattress. Nothing was visibly dirty, but out of caution we stopped using that room for the rest of the stay. No one else in our group was affected, and the bites didn't worsen or spread.The host was responsive when we reached out — they said they'd let the cleaning service know, but didn't offer any further recourse or follow up since the stay. We'd recommend future guests keep an eye on bedding, especially in the bunk room, just in case.Overall, a great spot for access to the area

Tons of space, absolutely spotless and great communication/info from the hosts. Walkable to the town center area, golf, and tennis center. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying in the future for tennis at Waterville Valley!

Comfortable townhouse

We traveled with family to attend a local graduation. The house worked well but I would suggest coffee for at least one morning and toiletries. We had to purchase toilet paper.

Great location with all the amenities

The condo was conveniently located next to Waterville Valley ski resort and short distance to the Waterville Valley Town Square. The unit is large enough for a large family or two families vacationing together. Loved the gas fireplace and the jacuzzi tub for soaking & relaxing We had everything we needed in the kitchen for Christmas baking and meals. We hope to visit again with friends and highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful space for families with kids and lots of space!

Very clean, tons of space, decor is nice. We absolutely loved this property. Living room upstairs for family to watch tv together and huge space downstairs for kids if they wanted to play or do board games. Both had fireplaces which made it super cozy when snowing out. Beds were super comfy, lots of blankets provided. I would definelty stay here again!

We were very happy with the home

The home was very clean and comfortable. Everything we could have needed was right there - it was very well organized. The owner was very quick to respond to emails and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and once we know the dates for our conference next year would like to rent this home again.

Great family adventure

We were 7 ( my hubby, me, my son, daughter in law and 3 grand kiddies) Lots of room , comfy beds , great location . In spite of crazy weather we had access to the Athletic Club. Lots of fun at Corcoran Pond . Easy ride to Lake Winnipesaukee and also to Santa’s Village. Hope to return to make more family memories

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I just spent a week in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been to Waterville Valley many times and this was our first time staying at this condo. There were 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Kate, the condo owner, was very quick at responding to any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely look into booking it again on our next Waterville Valley visit.

Pleasant, clean family condo

Our family of five adults and one child enjoyed our stay at this pleasant condo. It was very clean and well-stocked, with linens, towels, and paper products. The kitchen had a nice supply of dishes, pots, and pans. The condo is well located—easy walking distance to the recreation, athletic center, and town square. Christmas in the Valley

We celebrated Christmas in Waterville this year at your condo. Everything was perfect. The condo was a great size for everyone to spread out. Very clean and had everything you would need to make an enjoyable vacation.I did a lot of cooking during our stay and the kitchen had everything I needed.The condo was even decorated for the holidays.Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
