Charming as Ever

This was our third time to rent 300 Maverick and it consistently maintains its status as best rental for our family. The cabin is located in a healthy Ponderosa forest with abundant wildlife. The cabin is simple but luxurious and welcoming. The sunsets are breathtaking. And the fishing at Echo Canyon Reservoir, two miles away, is superb!

Great house for family or group of friends. If traveling in the summer, the house does heat up a lot during the day and the main living area does not have curtains or shades to help. It is in a small neighborhood, so not quite secluded. Clean, well-appointed kitchen, bedrooms included box fans.

6/10 Okay

300 Maverick

Beautiful home. The heater auto shutting off in middle of night was not a plus, an the smoke detector or whatever alarm is in master room went off every night the whole trip and seemed to be just when everyone went to bed and go all night. Other than those two things everything was great.

Beautiful new home in a secluded community.

We couldn’t have been more comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well appointed. New construction in a beautiful setting. Short drive to town and drive to Wolf Creek is no problem.

Peaceful and relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is close enough to town but far enough away to really relax and enjoy nature. The master bedroom, living and dining room have the most amazing forest views where we enjoyed the wild Turkey and deer that walked by. Waking up in the master bedroom was like waking up camping in the forest but without the tent! We will definitely be back again!

Feels like home!

Great house, amazing beds, very clean. A few little things like no hot water for the first evening and full trash cans. Before check-in we got a little worried as we were copied on a mass text about check in instructions with other renters on the same feed. The host company took care of all the issues with 24 hours. Would love to stay again soon!

This was one of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed in. It was modern, extremely clean and very well equipped and accommodating. We say wildlife in the backyard every day and while it’s remote it’s still conveniently located to town. Lori the property manager was amazing from booking to checkout and beyond. We had a couple of minor issues but she responded quickly with resolution. You will love this property!

Brand new house

Amazingly gorgeous new modern home that was perfect for our family of 5. No AC so the 4-7pm hour of the day was a bit too steamy so plan to eat out at a restaurant during this time frame

Beautiful home in the woods

What a beautiful home in the woods. They have everything you need. I was surprised they even have a pressure cooker. The house was clean. The communication with the manager and owner was on top. We had a problem with the water heater that was resolved immediately and we had hot water in no time. We really enjoyed our time in the property. Definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Pagosa Springs. I’ll definitely will look for this property again. Love the place.
