“THE VILLAGES” Beautiful, 3 bd, 3 bath Spacious Home in Monarch Grove!
Large gourmet kitchen with all upgraded appliances, spacious open floorplan, tastefully decorated to make guests feel at home! 3 bedrooms each with their own baths and individual smart TVs. Private Extended lanai area with tropical setting. 2 pools close by with others just a golf cart ride away, numerous golf courses with minutes of home.
The use of Red Yamaha Gas golf cart is included with your stay. We just ask that you put fuel in it while using it.
There is also a propane grill and fire pit that is available for use during your stay. You will have to supply your own propane if the tanks are empty.. it’s just an easy swap at nearby gas station.
