Good location but bad communication

The property was fairly clean when we got there. Biggest issues were that the air conditioner unit wasn't working and we were missing a parking pass. The air conditioner unit was fixed within a day. We however were not supplied a second parking pass until a parking boot was put on our second vehicle which is unacceptable.

Problems

Our unit had major issues that caused us to be relocated to a totally different area. While our new location was very nice, our plans were disrupted. We had a lot of anxiety and stress that put a damper on our trip. While I appreciate how quickly we were relocated, I still feel a refund of some amount should be given.
