2BR/2BA Oceanfront Condo, Pool, Sleeps 6, monthly optional b/w nov and feb 28th

OCEANFRONT condominium with excellent views of Carolina Beach. Unique in that you can watch the sunrise from the oceanfront deck and the sunset over the harbour area from the back deck.

This second floor end unit allows for full view of the beach and pool area. An oceanfront pool is centrally located for easy access on your way to and from the beach. You can watch the kids while relaxing on the deck. The living room has a sliding glass door giving access to the oceanfront deck. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while sitting in the living room and kitchen. The living area is spacious with beach decor.

The master bedroom has a new queen-size bed, private bath, and sliding glass door to the back deck with views of the Intercoastal Waterway and Harbour. The second bedroom is spacious with a twin bed over a double bed and a second twin.

The location is approxiametly half way between the boardwalk and the north pier. This is ideal for a nice walk in either direction without being to close to the pier for swimming or the boardwalk for crowding.

Theres plenty of optional activities to see and do in around Carolina Beach. Visit the Fort Fisher museum while on the island. This area is well known for the fishing charter boats. Schedule a deep sea fishing trip or go on one of the dinner cruise trips. While at the boardwalk area stop over a Brits doughnut shop. Some of the best you'll ever eat. Work it of by taking a late evening beach walk back to the condo. You can rent bikes and such at the boardwalk area as well. Theres the zoo 5 minutes back toward Wilmington. You can get really up close to the animals and of course, you can hang out at the beach all day and work on you tan!

Great Balcony

We really loved the balcony. It was huge. Plenty of room for the family to sit out and have meals. The size of the condo is good also. Have to bring your own linens which I failed to read so I had to go buy sheets but that was my fault for not reading it. My only real complaint was the TV situation. No tv in master and only one 36 inch tv for the whole place.

Perfect Location to everything. Liked that we could just walk a very short distance to the beach. Beach was never crowded. Condo is close to the Boardwalk but not too close. Host was very friendly and available if needed. Will definitely be returning.

The place was wonderful , very clean had a great view. Great parking , only draw back was a bit away from all the activities had to drive to everything. But all and all was great would rent again and recommend it to others.

We overall enjoyed our stay. We have no control over the weather but we still had fun. Our cousin marked a few things off her bucket list so that was the purpose of our trip and to spend time with loved ones. I would stay here again but the property could use some updates, in particular the kitchen and living room furniture.

Nice email with all needed information received prior to arrival. Sitting on the patio is heavenly, amazing view! Nice updated decor and furniture. House itself was clean, some rust on the fridge and washer/dryer but to be expected at the beach I suppose. Only complaint is all dishes had to be washed before use, they were not clean.

I enjoyed the property- The freezer smelled of fish and baking soda didn’t help. The patio furniture could be more family friendly The people above us woke the baby several times The view and location was awesome I would come back

Great getaway

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The view was beautiful and the condo was plenty spacious enough for our family of four. The one con I would add is the musky odor that was present primarily in the kitchen. It was off putting at times, but nothing a bit of opening the doors could not help. However, we had such a great time; we will definitely book again.

This location is very good. The condo is dated and furniture is very old and not the cleanest. Overall the place was in poor repair. None of us were happy with our mattresses! Floors needed sweeping when we arrived.

Great location but property management fell short

Perfect location for a beach weekend. The condo is relatively updated. We flew in from out of state so I requested linens and towels, which are not normally provided. The manager said they would be provided for a fee of $100, which I was not crazy about, but fine. Then we arrived and the linens were there, but had not been put on the actual beds. You would think if you are paying $100 for the use of linens and towels they could have been put on the beds.

Great, casual place facing beautiful beach

This property is as advertised. Very casual & nice, but not over the top - so you feel like you can collect shells, cook food, play board games & relax without worrying about messing up the floors with a little sand. We ❤️❤️❤️ our girl friends get away & would come back again. We weren’t sure if there was any salt & pepper (there was!) or things like coffee (no), but there were filters. I would check in & you can easily get to a local grocery store to buy what you might need. There was toilet paper (plenty) & 1 paper towel roll to get you started. Small bars of soap. A little bit of laundry detergent, probably left by previous tenants. Again, good idea to bring what you need (shampoo!) & then go to shop after checking out the place. Hope you enjoy! The sunrises 🌅 were amazing.
