Check in was simple and the house was clean but there was a strong smell of smoke when we walked into the house. Was a little better once we got the air conditioner on but it still lingered. Also, the two bedrooms were supposed to have queen size beds according to the website listing but they were double beds. We were only there really to sleep so the house and stay was ok for that.

We had a group of 5 adults and had an excellent and relaxing stay. Easy to get to and easy to travel to and from downtown. Great communication and the place was neat and clean. No complaints, would stay again.

Great location.

We were mistakenly using the wrong door code. The property manager arrived promptly and was very polite. The house had everything we needed for our fishing trip on Lake Erie. Quiet neighborhood with anything you need right down the road.

Very nice place for the price. Good communication with management. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Very nice smart TV. Highly recommend this property if you are interested in staying on the west side of Cleveland. Close to everything.

Good stay for the price

Overall, was a good stay for what I paid. House was not the cleanest, still some minor trash under the bed, and spiders in many corners of all the rooms. Garage door was inoperable. Reached out to the host, with pictures, and didn't get any response. Overall a decent experience, worked for what I needed.

The house was pretty but it looked like the host did a bare minimum cleaning after the other guests left. The floors were very visibly dirty the toilets and showers were not fully cleaned.

A Great Place to Stay

Well it looks as if the owners took care of all past guest issues, because this house is absolutely fantastic! It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Extremely clean, nice big TV on the wall with all the wires hidden, beautiful kitchen and big long countertops, super comfy beds and couches, fast Wi-Fi, garage, and fenced yard for pets and kids. Nice of amenities like lots of towels and quality coffee. And literally right by the airport made which made everything convenient for me and the family. Loved the fact that we saw lots of neighbors walking around on the sidewalks. Seems very safe and loved the community vibe. Definitely coming back when we return to Cleveland.

"I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The house has a very cozy feel to it, and had everything we needed. I especially loved the master bedroom with the king bed and master bathroom! Nice decor. Beautiful kitchen. Cool deck off the back. The house was super clean and it has a nice big washer and dryer so we could wash our clothes right there.Good location in a safe neighborhood. If you're looking for a nice, quiet cozy place to stay, I would highly recommend you give this house a visit. I would rate my stay a 11/10!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE

I booked this house and when we arrive the home was in complete disarray. There were bags of trash in kitchen and dining room. Liquor bottles on the counter dirty clothes on the couch. The rooms were filthy and stuff all over the place. Tried to contact the owner by text, chat and phone to no avail. I needed up have to stay in a hotel. VRBO was helping and has great customer service, however, the owner seems to be nonexistent

No heat

When we arrived on property the temperature in house was 59 degrees. We set the thermostat to 72 but no heat was coming from registers and nothing we did changed the temp. After trying for an hour to reach host without success we called VRBO for help. Finally after many attempts, we were offered another location at 25% discount. Decided to leave property for a nearby hotel instead. Did receive full refund from VRBO.

Not as it appears in pictures!

Do not stay here! The pictures online make this house look pristine. It is dirty! The floors were so dirty my daughters socks we black on the bottom & all the property manager wanted to know is if we had pictures of them. We did have pictures of the one & only dirty/moldy smoke detector, the broken dryer door, the broken dining room chair, the disgusting shower. We had to wash the pans & dishes before using because they had food bits still on them. They definitely don’t have this property professionally cleaned & they never offered any compensation. This was our first time using VRBO & probably our last!

Not what I expected

The house was nice but it was filthy. The one car garage was full of trash. Cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen also had trash and other guest used toiletries. The pipes near the washing machine were broken and leaked up water from under the floor. Also during our stay police we’re chasing somebody on foot and police came thru the backyard shining lights throughout the house at about 4 in the morning. The house needs some serious remodeling and cleaning
