Always love Perdido key

Very clean plenty of parking. We've worked with Perdido realty many times and it is always a good experience. Elevator code was tricky the first time.

Beautiful, well appointed condo

We have stayed at Beach Colony many times throughout the years, it is directly in the beach and is perfect for families. This particular unit was newly remodeled, had a well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. There was even a nice desk area with a view!! 😊 We thoroughly enjoyed this condo.

The condo was clean and as described. Several issues1. The remotes were missing 2. The master bathroom toilet was broke as it took 15 minutes to fill and shot water each time it flushed3. The air conditioner malfunctioned but was serviced with in an hour4. July 4th there was 0 parking5. 1 elevator was down for a week and the other broke down twice during the week. Being on the 12th floor made this difficult6. Pool bathrooms were disgusting and smelled terrible.7. This condo apparently was for sale... i was called and texted multiple times about a showing even though I declined multiple times.... being on vacation, this was extremely rude.

Very nice facility

Very nice facility. Balcony view is breathtaking. Lounge chairs on balcony would be perfect. The AC was not working properly on last night. No response from management until next day. Over 6” of water accumulation in the return air vent compartment. Cox cable remote control needs to be replaced. The rooms are tastefully done. Lots of amenities for convenience.

The unit as a whole was really good, there were just some things that "irk" you when you're on vacation. First my wife loves the view and would get up early every morning to just sit on the balcony but there are no "lounge type" chairs to lay back and enjoy. The water pressure in the master shower is horrible. Good luck cooking b/c the smoke alarm goes off every time you open the microwave or oven. Also, no one checked the remotes, half of them didn't work. Didn't get to watch TV in the master bedroom until around Monday and had to do everything manually. And finally, the decided the middle of summer is the best time to totally redo an elevator, so one elevator for the entire week was just miserable...absolutely miserable. Horrible wait times and when you're on the 12th floor and have "older" people with you, it's impossible to just walk. I don't know all the details, but from the outside looking in, it seems like the fall or winter would've been a better time to redo your elevator.
