This place was so peaceful and quiet. Truly felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. A balcony with ocean and bay views is the best of both worlds. Will definitely book another vacation here.

Beautiful condo! As described in listing. Our second time at Florencia. We would not stay anywhere else in Peridio Key. We love this unit and will rent it again next spring. The condo has immaculate pools, inside and outside, and a fabulous fitness facility. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, just lovely.

We have stayed at FLORENCIA in the past & love the complex. This was our first stay in this unit. The price was right making it a good value. I do think the cleanliness could have been a little better but everyone’s idea of clean is different I guess. It was nothing that would prevent me from staying in the future however I believe in full transparency which will hopefully encourage management to take it under advisement. I hope this helps! HAPPY VACATIONING!
