Tranquil Hideaway
Arriving around midnight when checking into the studio, I brought one load up which included some items that had my medical needs, phone and purse. My friend who graciously picked me up from the airport helped me too. We made another trip to her car and locked the door behind us. When arriving with another load the code wouldn't open the door, we were locked out!! Of course at that hour, the property manager doesn't answer and if it wouldn't be for my friend, I would of slept outside the studio apartment on the concrete pavement since I didn't have my purse to pay for a hotel. I asked for 1 nights refund since the they knew beforehand that there was an issue with the lock and the owner saw me on the ring doorbell asking for help and put a key the next morning so this wouldn't happen again until they could get this fixed in-between renters. No refund was offered after asking multiple times. The washer/dryer didn't work for the last 2 weeks and I let the property manager know and that was not fixed either so I guess you get what you pay for!! The property and unit is beautiful and the owner's have thought of everything to make your stay memorable but because of these issues I had, I couldn't give them many stars!! I think I was the first renter so I hope they learn along the way because I am a landlord. Don't hesitate to rent this little bit of Heaven and enjoy yourselves!!
