The home sleeps up to 10 guests and is most comfortable for 6 adults and children, with two king bedrooms and a third bedroom featuring a queen bed and bunk beds. The open living, kitchen, and dining areas make it easy to spend time together, while the spacious backyard becomes your own private resort.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

PET FRIENDLY
Pets welcome with a pet fee. Dogs may enjoy the whole home, but not on beds or furniture. Dog bowl provided. Pool/yard maintenance may access through side gate midweek.

POOL MAINTENANCE & HEATING FEE
Pool heat available for an additional fee and heated to 85° from 8am–5pm daily. Spa heat is always included. Pricing may vary seasonally; consecutive-day heating encouraged. Pool is unavailable during cleaning and requires 30 mins after service before re-entering.

SECURITY & MONITORING
Exterior cameras at the front door and backyard gate entry only (not facing pool/yard). County-required indoor noise sensor monitors volume only, no audio/video.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
Accidental damage is covered through Waivo — just notify us. Intentional damage not included.

DESERT WEATHER & MAINTENANCE
Wind is common in fall & spring. Yard/pool service occurs weekly with extra cleanings after storms when possible. Technicians may visit during your stay.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Early check-in/late checkout may be available if no same-day turnover. Guaranteed access by booking extra night or day-rate option. Fees apply for unauthorized overstays.

SLEEPING CAPACITY
Best for 6 adults + up to 4 kids (max 10). Two king rooms each with extra twin (by request). Third room has queen + bunks (200lb top bunk limit). High chair provided.
