Newly Renovated, modern, one bedroom suite complete with custom finishes and super fast Cox Internet and Smart TV.
Staying in? Enjoy a beautiful kitchen with gas cooking.
Going out? Walk or ride bikes to local eateries or coffee shops, and easy access to the Phoenix Light Rail system.
The space
This home features dozens of custom touches, from the walk-in shower to the floating vanity in the bathroom. The kitchen is a traveling cooks dream equipped with a gas stove and convection oven, along with abundant counter space perfect for the cooks out there! Need to do laundry? The Samsung set even features a steam cycle! This unit sleeps up to 4 guests (Queen mattress in bedroom, and inflatable queen mattress)
