Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remember that checkout is at 11am. Please tidy up the unit, sweep floors, wash dishes, clean kitchen and bathroom area. Do not use white towels to wipe the floors.
Lock the doors, return the key to lockbox and text host you checked out by 11am. Thank you again for booking with us and please remember us for your future bookings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must send picture of i.d to the host prior to check-in text to Please inform host time of arrival. Wash dishes and clean kitchen/bathroom after use
Park in front of the house on Culver St or 11ave . maintain a quiet clean respectful and safe atmosphere at all times. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
Fees may be charged for missing items, damages and if excessive cleaning is required. Breaking any rules will cancel your booking non refundable.
