By far one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in. The location was perfect, the unit exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, with everything we needed for a great stay. When we arrived the unit was locked and the owner was there in 10 minutes to get us in. Great neighborhood and location to venues, restaurants.

Great house in a great location

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Casa Willetta. It’s comfortable and quiet. It’s easily walkable to food and drink. We had a great time and we would stay again in a heartbeat at this location.

Our stay was outstanding. The house exceeded our expectations. The added amenities of the kitchen and bathroom was a plus. The houes was clean. The landscaper came by to touch up the yard, which appeared to not need any. The Forno 301 pizzeria a few blocksaway, had delicious pizza. The proximity to Downtown and ASU was also a plus. When our travels dring us this way, this is definitely where we will be staying.

Desert oasis in the city

Beautiful, comfortable and convenient little house within walking distance to restaurants, parks and museums. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. My husband and I spent most of our week-long stay enjoying the hiking trails and loved coming “home” to this wonderful oasis. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous-Modern-Great Location

This property has been fabulously updated with a wonderful kitchen, bathroom, living space and bedroom. Also, a beautiful backyard patio area. Would rent for a long term stay in a heartbeat. We have been taking 6 to 8 trips around the world for about 13 years staying at VRBOs and this one is without a doubt in the top 5% for comfort and style. Kudos to the owner.

Cozy and quiet

Although i was busy for the week, i enjoyed coming to the house in the evening. It was my quiet time for the day. This place is very clean and had everything i needed. The new walkin shower was wonderful. The owner was very nice to talk to. This was my 2nd year to enjoy this

Clean, great location, great for couples

My husband and I stayed in Jeff's home for 8 nights. We were here visiting family & friends. From the moment we booked to our last night, Jeff was easy to get ahold of, helpful & kind. The home is fully stocked, updated, clean and well kept. Only 10 minutes from the airport. We took walks every morning, there is a dog park a few blocks away. We will definitely be back & highly recommend this home!

Excellent rental, especially for Super Bowl weekend

My husband and I stayed here for the 2023 Super Bowl and it was perfect. It’s in a nice part of the city and was walking distance to all the events happening at Hance Park. We also spent meaningful time in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Glendale so this was centrally located to all of those events as well. Property is well managed and we had no issues, which I’m sure was not the case for many of first timers trying to list on VRBO to take advantage of the Super Bowl crowd. Great overall rental. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Stay in Phoenix

My wife and I spent approximately 3 weeks at this property. The house was in fantastic shape and was the perfect size to meet our needs. The bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities are all great.The location of the property is spectacular on a beautiful street in a friendly neighbourhood. We walked everywhere including to a concert, Phoenix Suns game, multiple restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Jeff, the property manager responded to all of our inquiries promptly and professionally. We also did some exploring, hiking and biking around Phoenix and also out to Scottsdale, which is about 30 minutes away. Overall, the best rental experience we have ever had and we would recommend this location to others looking for good place to stay in downtown Phoenix.

Why they chose this property

Arizona became a state in 1912 and my place was built just 2 years later. The Roosevelt Neighborhood is filled with so much history and charm, not to mention how close it is to just about everything Downtown Phoenix has to offer. The palm tree lined streets are what caught my attention and I'm very thankful to call this my home.
