By far one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in. The location was perfect, the unit exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, with everything we needed for a great stay. This place is a GEM!! As a self-proclaimed clean freak this place did not disappoint. Extremely clean, and fresh smelling. The newly upgraded bedroom set was fantastic. The location can’t be beat. So many places within walking distance, my partner and I got our steps in! The kitchen is great. Coffee bar was a big treat for me. Body wash and shampoo in the bathroom, plus a magnifying makeup mirror so people with old eyes like me can see what they’re doing!A few things to make this place an 11 out of 10 would be olive oil to add to the spices provided, upgrade on the toilet paper, and a throw blanket to snuggle up in when watching your favorite movie in the living room. That’s it! This place is far and above other rentals we’ve stayed at, and we know when we come back to Phoenix that Jeff’s place will be the only place we’ll stay!!

Arizona became a state in 1912 and my place was built just 2 years later. The Roosevelt Neighborhood is filled with so much history and charm, not to mention how close it is to just about everything Downtown Phoenix has to offer. The palm tree lined streets are what caught my attention and I'm very thankful to call this my home.
