Proudly listed with the Arizona Register of Historic Places, this property was lovingly built by architect Rolf M. Eskil in 1940 for Daniel Boone's direct descendant, great great great grandson, who's name also happened to be Daniel Boone and his wife Clara.
The property features the original exposed adobe brick main home, one of only 4 remaining in the Phoenix valley. Filled with native trees, plants, and cacti, this large parcel of land is truly an oasis in the middle of the city.
