The casita is especially well suited for independent travelers and digital nomads (wi-fi included, additional monitors available upon request) who appreciate privacy, comfort, and the freedom to come and go on their own schedule. It’s a great option for women traveling solo who want their own private space to work, relax, cook, and recharge while feeling comfortable and at ease. Centrally located 20 minutes from everything including Sky Harbor Airport, Scottsdale and Tempe along with quick access to the freeway to the rest of the Valley. I've been a Phoenix resident for over 25 years after packing up my car in Wiscondin and heading to the warm sunshine. I work remotely and travel often, so I understand the importance of a safe and reliable landing spot to be able to explore in comfort and ease. I also know the joy of traveling with a pet and I'm hoping you and your furry friend will enjoy this quaint space I'm so proud to have created!

Why they chose this property

The Arcadia neighborhood really is the best spot in the valley to be! Close to all the freeways and Sky Harbor airport as well as the Biltmore shopping area, Scottsdale and Tempe. And minutes away from three major hospitals.

The neighborhood is very safe and friendly to go for a walk to the park, grocery store or Starbucks. Be ready to wave back when neighbors wave and say hi.

What makes this property unique

I am so proud of this casita, it truly is my pride and joy! It's a cozy place to relax on the patio with hummingbirds or make a good meal in the fully equipped kitchen (if you know, you know ; ) Ideal for digital nomads to seamlessly work remotely with reliable wi-fi. The yard is enclosed to ensure you feel safe and sound.
