This home is a fully furnished 1100 sq ft beauty in tranquil neighborhood. Relax in the master suite w/ adjustable King bed, big screen TV, walk-in closet, & ADA accessible bath. 2nd br: twin beds +trundle, walk-in closet, private access to 2nd bath. Living rm has big screen TV +desk workspace. Full kitchen & cookware. Washer/dryer room. 2-car garage. Yard: firepit table & grill. Around the corner from Rec Center lap pool, kid pools, gym, billiards, volleyball, parks. Minutes fr town & mountains
Guest access
Access to the entire 1,100 sq ft. house, 2-car garage and back yard. There is also free street parking for two more vehicles directly in front of the house. Free access to the recreation center (5:30 am to 11 pm) 5-min walking distance with gym, kid pools, heated lap pool, jacuzzi, billiard room, volleyball court, ramada with bbq grills, kids jungle-gym play areas. Guests must abide by the rules and regulations posted at the facilities.
