Nice clean home with interesting decor. Pretty quiet and a good location in SV. The banana bread was a pleasant surprise and oh so good. It is my wife’s favorite stay so far.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The owners were very pleasant and made sure our stay was comfortable.
Perfect! The house was very clean, everything worked well (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry; I didn't try the hot tub), and I thought it was prettier than the listing photos. The house has lots of space to spread out and lots of storage. The bedrooms are located on the other side of the house from the kitchen/social areas, so noise from people cooking and chatting, for example, wouldn't be an issue. The host was charming and responded very quickly to my communications. I visit Sierra Vista every year and hope to stay at this property during all of my future visits!
Exactly what we hoped it would be. Host was exceptionally easy to communicate with. Responded within minutes. Beautiful and clean. Has a FULL set of pots and pans. Perfect stay.
You could not ask for better hosts. Very interested in your stay and working with you to make every process effortless. If your going to stay in Sierra Vista this place is well located. The hot tub is a nice extra after a long day and is well maintained. We will indeed stay there again.
The vacation house was perfectly suited to our needs. Two full baths! Nice clean hot tub! A few blocks from 4 restaurants and a gas station. And a very reasonable(20 minute )drive from numerous great birding places: Ramsey canyon, Riparian reserve. A nice day trip ( 1 hour drive) to Paton hummingbird center in Patagonia, AZ, and (2 hours) to Sycamore canyon and Rock Corral canyon. We loved staying here.
This is the only place I will book for my trip to Sierra Vista. The host is top tier excellent! Clean and spacious home. We were left oranges and a loaf of homemade bread, we were so excited. Highly recommend this host to any and everyone visiting the area!
The hosts of this property clearly take a lot of pride in their attention to details. They provide so many little extras that made our stay so comfortable and welcoming. We would highly recommend this vacation rental.
Had a little problem in the beginning with the location of the property. After we arrived we enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Will be looking forward to our next visit to visit my sons and grandchildren and staying at this location.

Thank you, Carol, we welcome you back anytime. You’re wonderful guests, and took great care of our home!
The property was exactly what I expected from the description. It was clean, well maintained, and ready for us to settle-in after. We picked up some pizza and some beer and enjoyed the evening. Just what we needed after an enjoyable, but hectic day, in Sierra Vista.
This amazing retreat is a breath of fresh air to our family's visit to honor my brother who rests nearby. Everything was five star ready for us, not a single detail was missed. We are truly surrounded with kindness and are ever so grateful to find it here.
My husband and I traveled over 10 hours to see our daughter at Fort Huachuca and needed a relaxing place to stay & spend family time together; this place was wonderful. It is a home away from home; it is fully stocked, comfortable & clean, quiet location, and short distance to get to military base & local attractions (Segura National Park, Kartchner Caverns State Park, Tombstone, Bisbee and more). The hot tub was such a treat after our long travels. The hosts were very communicative and thoughtful. They provided delicious, sweet rolls & fruit for our first breakfast. Highly recommend and hope to return.
If you’re thinking about it, don’t. Just BOOK IT. a stay you won’t regret. To providing baby toys, extra charging cords, family games and a pack’n’play for my newborn. Walking in to the most welcoming note we didn’t expect & some entertainment brochures set out, while having muffins and bananas for our arrival was great as we did a 13hr trip. Even set up our pull out bed. It was such a great experience. This host went above and beyond and it was so appreciated and unexpected. Thank you soooooo much Theresa.
Hi, I’m Theresa and love hosting. Originally from the Midwest, I grew up in a large family of eleven. My very talented mother who always had a flare for design, strove to make our homes beautiful as well as functional and inspired me to do the same for our vacation rentals. While attending NAU I met my husband 37 years ago and we married three years later. After university my husband chose to enlist into the Army where we were blessed to be able to travel and raise three amazing children. The majority of our military tours were in Europe and Arizona so we were afforded the opportunity to stay in B&Bs from various countries and that has also influenced how we chose to present our vacation rental properties. (Website hidden by Airbnb) We hope you enjoy your stay at our homes. Our goal is to make you feel like you’re walking into a home and not a commercial building.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because of how wholesome and well established it seemed. It is quiet, safe, and where neighbors walk their dogs and exercise.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique because of the furnishings that were picked for the southwest setting we tried to achieve. There is a little story behind each piece of furniture and pottery.
