Perfect family home, hot tub, walled in back yard, lots of off-street parking.
This 3-bedroom 2 bath home is located in the country club division of Sierra Vista. The home features a beautiful patio with 6-person hot tub, BBQ, outside seating and dining area. The dining room seats eight. There is Smart TV and Wi-Fi internet provided. Exterior security cameras are used including the hot tub area. We are centrally located in Sierra Vista and very close to the mall. There are lots of sightseeing opportunities, just 30 minutes to Tombstone or 30 minutes to Bisbee!

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, comfy and had everything we needed for a great stay. The neighborhood is safe with a park close by. The kitchen worked great and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the kids threw baseballs to each other in the backyard. We will stay here again when we return to Sierra Vista.

Great location for golfers

Only a mile or so from Pueblo del Sol country club, a very Affordable golf course. The house is very well laid out and the Jacuzzi is an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

I recommend staying here. The house is very clean and the location was perfect for us. My only nit pick is that the hot tub had an issue with getting up to temp and I wish they would update the information in the binder. Many of the local eateries listed are no longer in business. I would definitely stay here again. Rebecca is wonderful about communicating with you.

I love the hospitality industry. Previously owned and operated a Victorian B&B in Iowa for 15 years before moving to Arizona. My husband and I are officially empty nesters. We have three married daughters. I enjoy my two small, lap dogs "Pico and Taqui". We moved to Sierra Vista in 2010 after owning and operating a B&B in Vinton Iowa called The Lion & The Lamb B&B. I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Southern Arizona and I work part-time as an administrative assistant at a local non-profit called Cochise Family Advocacy Center helping victims of abuse and trafficking.

This is a very lovely property with all the comforts of home. The hot tub and BBQ on the patio is a wonderful way to relax after sight seeing or visiting friends and relatives. If you like to golf, the course is just a few minutes away. It is also located close to the fort.

This property is centrally located within Sierra Vista and only minutes from Fort Huachuca which is great for those visiting their military family stationed here. It is located close to many outdoor hiking opportunities as well as some famous site seeing possibilities like Tombstone.
