• Backyard slopes gently into natural terrain. There is uneven ground and natural debris such as leaves that can make surfaces slippery. Guests should use caution when walking outdoors.
• Seasonal wash/creek area runs along back of property and is typically dry
• Additional outbuildings are present on the property but are not part of the guest rental or access

Guest access
Guests have access to home and yard within property line. Property is next to a business and the dry wash/creek is not fenced off. Please do not cross over the dry wash/creek.
There are two buildings not included in rental and access: potting shed and small dry cabin.
