Hi Chrisanne, Thanks for the awesome review! We’re pumped to hear the house worked out great for your families and that the kiddos loved the toy room. Glad they had something to keep them busy. We’d love to have you back if you decide to visit Sierra Vista again!

Thanks for staying with us and for the helpful feedback! We’re glad the house felt spacious, clean, and well kept. Sorry the keypad battery and TV cord gave you a bit of a runaround, but we appreciate you pointing those out so we can get them squared away. Happy to hear you enjoyed the stay overall!

Hi Terry, Thanks for your feedback! I’m glad you liked the place. We’ll definitely look into adding more kitchen supplies and towels to make our guests' stays even better. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you!

Hi Ellen, Thanks for dropping a review. Glad to hear the place worked out for your group and the layout hit the mark. Sorry to hear a few things fell short. Wish we’d known about the cleaning and toilet paper during your stay, we would've sent someone over in no time to handle it and make sure you were stocked up. We're always happy to jump in if something’s off. As for the atrium, we’ll take another look at how that’s listed to make sure it’s clear for future guests. Appreciate the heads-up and hope the rest of your trip went smoothly.

Thanks for staying with us and for the straight-up feedback. We’re glad the home gave you plenty of space to settle in, but we’re sorry the TVs and floors got things off on the wrong foot. That is not the welcome we aim for. We appreciate you rolling with it and giving us the heads-up so we can get those loose ends squared away.

Thanks for the feedback. We’re sorry the stay started off on the wrong foot. Cleanliness should never be a wild card, and we understand why that left a bad taste. As for the odor concern, we only shared what was reported on our side and were not pointing fingers. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will be taking a closer look at both the cleaning and drain issues.

Hi Crystal, Appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to leave a review. Glad to hear the home gave you plenty of space and worked for your time in Sierra Vista. Totally get where you're coming from on the shared spaces and the supplies. Those details are mentioned in the listing and manual, but we know sometimes things hit different once you're actually there. Thanks for pointing it out , it's helpful for us to know how guests experience the stay. Thanks again for the feedback and for being with us.

Hi Brooke, Thanks for the review! Glad you enjoyed the place, hope to host you again sometime!

Hi Fred, Thanks for your stay. We were a bit caught off guard by the 1-star rating since there were no issues reported while you were with us. We’re always happy to help if anything comes up, and we stand by the effort we put into keeping the home guest ready. Wishing you all the best on your future travels.
