Some buddies of mine and I were in town for a hockey tournament, and the house was perfect for us. The house was about 15min away from everywhere we needed to be, and it was exactly as described. We were able to comfortably park the three cars we had. The host was very responsive when we had a question, and overall is was a great experience.
We had a large group in town for our son's graduation from UK. The house was an easy 15 minute drive to campus and the house was huge - large bedrooms and so much space for everyone to be very comfortable! It also had tons of room for parking and a great fenced in back yard with a firepit, a deck and a grill - it was perfect for our family celebration. The owner was very accommodating and great to communicate with. The only negative possibly worth mentioning was that the house was a bit musty when we first arrived - likely from it not being used often, but we opened windows and it quickly aired out and was not an issue. Everything was as described and we were very happy with our stay - highly recommend!!
Our pony club group comes in to Lexington a few times a year and this was our fourth time booking this house. Perfect for a medium group- lots of bedrooms, great kitchen, very comfy. Super easy check in/check out and zero issues ever! Thanks!
Huge, clean house! Great location for visit to Lexington
Huge house with six bedrooms, three bathrooms lots of great common spaces for just hanging out. Easy Uber ride to downtown, UK, and Keeneland. Only 6 in our group, but could easily sleep at least 12.
We brought 6 of our riding students to their first ever 5* event at the horse park. The location was exceptional-on/off the interstate and 15 minutes to the park. The house was a perfect set up for our group-kids downstairs and adults upstairs. We definitely recommend this location and host!
This clean property offers a lot of space, including the best kitchen table ever and parking for multiple vehicles, in a quiet neighborhood. However, to accommodate having a number of guests, it would be really helpful if the kitchen was better stocked, all bedrooms had mirrors near outlets, and, bathrooms had more towel rods and/or hooks. For safety purposes, a railing should be installed on the kitchen steps and along the "open" half-wall.
Wonderful house, and the host was so awesome. We needed blankets and received them asap...responded to messages within minutes. Will book for next year this time...
We loved this house. 4 bedrooms upstairs and two in the finished basement. Host was very kind to be sure there was propane for the gas grill on the lively back deck
From checking in to checking out was wonderful the owner let me come in a little bit early to decorate for my husband’s retirement. Very close to the race track. Overall a wonderful time and wonderful house , very spacious
Comfortable home for a quick weekend in Lex. All the beds had great mattresses, plenty of towels in all the bathrooms. While the kitchen was large, it lacked some essentials (cutting board, dish towels, clean sponges for dish washing). Large dining table was nice for family meals. The kids loved playing in the backyard. The unconventional floor plan was a challenge with our little guy (the kitchen is several steps down from the living room, without a railing), so wouldn’t recommend staying here with small children.
