River Life Cottage - Alexandria Bay, NY - Dingman Point

This cottage is a great little getaway close to the St. Lawrence River. It is newly remodeled with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood ceilings, and a 3-season sunroom. A cozy backyard and a deck out front are perfect for relaxing outside. The property's road has lovely views of the Saint Lawrence River and is great for a relaxing walk. There is a golf course with tennis courts just up the road as well. To be very clear this Cottage is across the street from the river.

This is a great place to relax and have plenty of fun. There is a good-sized front lawn and a lot of trees separating you from the neighboring houses. The cottage is in a beautiful area away from the busy downtown area, yet close enough to get there in a few minutes by car.

Loud and wild behavior is not ok or allowed. Parties are not allowed.

You are expected to leave the cottage in a similar condition to what it was in when you arrived. Used bed linens and blankets will need to be washed after your stay so we just ask that you put those items in a pile on or by each bed. Used towels are to be put in the hamper. Used dishes are to be cleaned before you leave. Leaving them in the drying rack is fine. Please put all your trash in the bins outside before you leave.

A photo of a government-issued ID for the guest making the booking must be provided to the host within 48 hours of the booking. The minimum rental period is 4 days and the maximum rental period is 28 days.

There is a security camera mounted on the shed that monitors the driveway..

Regarding bedrooms and bathrooms: There are two bedrooms upstairs each with a queen bed. There is one bedroom downstairs with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower downstairs and a half bathroom upstairs.

Regarding dock space: the property is across the street from the River and does not have dock space. I would try contacting Carnegie Bay Marina in Alexandria Bay, NY to see their availability. There are BTW, also a few places in the village that rent Pontoon boats as well as kayaks..

Regarding the driveway: the driveway can handle 4-5 vehicles. No parking on the lawn unless it's been extremely dry and you contact me for permission at that time. I also have a large commercial lot a few miles away on rt 12 and I would let you park trailers and boats during your stay. No additional fee..
