This amazing apartment is tucked back in a small & friendly apartment building downtown with great neighbors! The apartment has an amazing feel and southwest decor. Modern & earthy, it offers comfort, a stocked kitchen & a separate workspace to accommodate our remote traveling professionals.
The space
Guests will love the cozy, secluded space this apartment offers! Right in town but it makes you feel hidden away! Historical building with amazing charm & balcony to enjoy summer nights. Grand windows that bring sweet character and natural light.

Other things to note
Our apartment community sits before the bridge the trains traverse. In the city, they don’t blow the air horns. The train can be heard lightly as we are in the back of the complex and more loudly in the parking lot. Apartment is comfortable and the train isn’t too much. We often don’t even notice it!

Cute downtown apartment

PROS…. The apartment is cute, the bed is comfy. CONS…. Homeless people sleeping in the parking lot, couch is very uncomfortable, kitchen is barley stocked, not much hot water and they leave you 2 towels. I was disappointed in my stay.

Went the extra mile

We had a good stay. The property was as described. Finding it was tricky but if u follow Emily’s arrival instructions, you’ll get it. We locked ourselves out while bringing stuff in from the car and Emily responded immediately and let us back in! Would recommend this property.

We loved the apartment and the location. The apartment was really cute and had everything we needed and the location was great - short walks to restaurants and the Centennial Trail.
