The New Kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. Plus, Complimentary Coffee and Tea provided. Master bedroom has plenty of space with office desk and both bedrooms offer new beds and linens for your relaxing getaway.
Also, all extra linens, towels, and toiletries are provided including beach accessories.

Two Wonderful Weeks in Florida

This was our second tear at this wonderful vacation home. It is located close to great beaches, classy restaurants and beachy hot spots, and theater and concert venues. The home is very comfortable and equipped with all the conveniences we needed.

Thank you for your review. All Homes in South Beach Venice are on well water but filtered the same as city water through a certified company.

Very well appointed cottage

The host really took time in preparing the property. Anything you might need is there along with extra nice touches!!! Very welcoming and clean we really felt at home. Would love to stay again if we’re in the area!!

I will start by saying the house is nice. That is about the only nice thing that I will say. Water at this house is terrible, Any time you turn the water on, you get that musty sulpher smell. The water is also very rusty, like when you towel off after a shower, you can see the rust on the towel. We started going to the laundromat after we had multiple pieces of clothing ruined by the rusty water in the washing machine. I know the owner says they are getting a new water treatment company, and the the entire peninsula is on well water, but the entire peninsula is not trying to rent out their house to guests. We also spent ’s on rust out, iron out, and multiple other products trying to get stuff clean. If you are looking for a place to stay, and don’t need to use water for anything, then this place is for you!! I wouldn’t stay here again, at any price Owner says we ruined a new sink(which definitely was not new!!Nothing new in this house). Which we did not. Avoid this hous like the plague.

Relaxing and lovely decor

Loved the sun room and cozy living room. House was well supplied, including games. Well water appears to contain iron, which discolored fabrics and even skin (but washed off). Host left an ample supply of bottled water, which we used.

Thank you for the review. After guest stayed maintenance noticed the water softener and filter quit working and new system was put in place which resolved water issues.

South Venice

We just returned from a two week stay at the”Kessler Cottage”. The rental was located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Shamrock Park which allows for direct access to the Venetian Waterway and Legacy trail which lets you bike ride to beaches and downtown Venice. The home itself was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Many small extras were provided such as soap, shampoo and drinking water and made it easy to unpack and get your vacation started.
