Absolutely stunning home! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully designed — from the cozy linens to the endless amenities. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we needed. Ideal for a Penn State weekend! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Truly a one-of-a-kind location and experience!This estate is beautiful; checks all the boxes of amenities, luxuries, location, and serenity. And it was also only 15 minutes or less to get to Beaver Stadium and into town. The house was immaculately clean and had all the thoughtful additions like water, coffee, theater-room snacks, etc. We will most assuredly stay again!!

Amazing home and experience!

Our family stayed at the Estate for a weekend in State College to watch the CFP game at Happy Valley. The property was absolutely perfect. A beautiful home that was super comfortable for all of us. We would love to come back one day! Highest recommendation.

A little piece of heaven in PA!

Where to begin?! Nathan was beyond helpful and attentive! The ambiance of the home was cozy and inviting while being open and bright. The property was tranquil and relaxing set atop a hill. It all made for a beautiful weekend!

PSU Weekend

House is as advertised. Stunning and beautiful. My family and I stayed there prior to attending a PSU game. Only a short drive to the campus, yet far enough away to be in peacefulness. House was great for kids. Tons for them to do. House was completely stocked with snacks, coffee, and amenities that it was hard to leave.

Washington at Penn State game weekend!

Fantastic place - perfect for our extended family to spend the weekend. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Great open spaces inside and out. Very well maintained and appointed. Had every amenity that could possibly be needed for a stay. Flexible owners and great communication. Easy access to our tailgate at Beaver Stadium. Loved our time at your place and would enthusiastically recommend as the best accommodations possible for a large group. We’d give it more stars if we could. Go Huskies!

Happy Valley's Best Rental

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home, and it did not disappoint. From the amazing views, to the comfortable beds, to the spacious and beautiful gathering rooms, we enjoyed every minute and every inch of our stay. The owners were very gracious, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and accommodating. We rented this house for a Penn State football weekend, and it was only a short distance from the stadium. We loved the thrill and energy of the stadium and then being able to come back to the quiet and peaceful views surrounding the home. We would definitely recommend this house to any of our family and friends.

5 Star Plus! Amazing home, beautiful views, luxurious amenities!

We rented this property for the weekend to celebrate my son's graduation. Everything was perfect and so much more than we expected. The views are incredible! The house was spacious and clean and super organized with everything you could every need for a comfortable stay. The coffee is delicious, the bedrooms are so comfortable and so quiet. Feels like you are on a retreat but you can easily drive (or we used Uber a few times) to anywhere in State College. The host is so nice and helpful. Guarantee you will not be disappointed with anything!

AMAZING!

Very clean, incredibly comfortable home in a beautiful location close to Penn State. Cannot say enough about The Estate. So many amazing amenities including a beautiful kitchen with a built in gourmet coffee station and brand new high end appliances. The multiple TVs and sound system are very user friendly as were the huge hot tub, fabulous sauna and incredible workout room. Many areas to gather and enjoy the beautiful setting and an easy car or uber ride to campus. Owners have thought of everything and were very kind, responsive and generous.

Great experience!

This past weekend we stayed at The Estate for the PSU game and we were so happy with the property that we decided to rent it again next year. The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was extremely clean, and every little thing was thought of. From specific instructions on how to use everything in the home, to open communication with the owners, and amazing little touches throughout the house. We had a fully stacked mini fridge, donuts, snacks, toothbrushes and razors and all sorts of other little extras that made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star resort. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, The beds were incredibly comfortable, and overall the property was beautifully maintained and welcoming. We felt right at home here and look forward to renting it again next year. We are grateful to the owners for opening their beautiful home to us!
