Beautiful 1925 Carriage Home located four blocks west of University Blvd., and 4th Avenue. 

Fantastic central location and close proximity to fun activities throughout Tucson like Downtown Saturday night events, local arts and crafts, vintage antiques, The Tucson Convention Center, The Botanical Gardens, The San Xavier Mission, The Saguaro East and West National Forest, The Marana Sky Diving, Mt. Lemmon Ski Lift at Summer Haven and much, much more.  



Only a ten minutes walking distance to the University of Arizona west gate campus. Ride the electric streetcar located at University Blvd., and 4th Avenue. There is currently no charge to commute on the electric street car trolly Monday - Sunday.

1BR / 1BA, new kitchen cabinets, granite counter, new appliances, stackable Washer and Dryer, and equipped with a 55" smart TV, high-speed Internet, and a dual-purpose study/workstation. 

Check in at your leisure, from 3:00pm - 2:00am with easy access and free parking.

my review

there was plenty of parking. the place was clear. There were a few issues, not necessarily the fault of the manager, such as the sockets in the bedroom not working because someone has tampered with the connection outside. It was promptly fixed once I reported it. I would stay there again.

tucson stay

price was good, and unit was clean. But, location on an alley where you have to park is a bit suspect. Also, check-in on how you access getting into the unit was pretty much non-existent. After several phone calls and texts with owner, got the right code for access to a lockbox that contained a key to get in. A bit stressful when you just want to get in to your place and unpack. Didn't know where to park, no instructions until a neighbor fortunately let us know.

I am a fourth generation Arizonan and our family loves everything Tucson, Arizona. The Historic West University property is conveniently 6 minutes walking distance to the University of Arizona and about 10 minutes walking distance to nearby shopping on 4th Avenue, local family restaurants near and Downtown city center, and many outdoor activities to enjoy year round. Two blocks away, catch the electric trolley at University Blvd and 3rd Avenue.

What makes this property unique

The property is centrally located with a lovely rear courtyard and a patio table and chairs to accommodate guests. A propane BBQ for grilling and relaxing with family and friends. Located 5 minutes by car to The Tucson Convention Center and many local restaurants, breweries, and vendors to enjoy during your vacation.
