Great location to campus. Price was excellent. The place needs a little TLC as pictures on website at a little different than the house now. Still feel good about the rental as the price was excellent for the proximity to campus.
We had a great stay! Loved being able to walk to campus! This home was perfect for all our needs and very affordable. Communication was great as well. Thank you for a great time!
Great place to stay without a car in Tucson. Short hops on Lyft everywhere. Public transportion a block away. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. And the place was nice to stay in. Very hsppy with it. If in Tucson again, will definitely look them up again.
Great little 1 bedroom unit with a designated parking spot. Huge comfy bed. Sofa was a bit stiff and uncomfortable though. And WiFi password didn’t work (contacted the owner but they never responded). Overall these are minor complaints and our stay was pleasant.
The location was a little difficult to find because the instructions were apparently sent while I was on a flight and for some reason was unable to access them right away. Locating the property and accessing the unit took a little longer than expected.
My purpose in visiting the area was to see U of A campus, so I did appreciate the convenience of being able to walk to campus.
Overall I felt like the property was a little lower quality than expected. The first thing we noticed is that there was an unpleasant smell when entering the unit. Not sure what it was, but it is something that we noticed each time we entered. I would recommend perhaps wiping down the walls or painting and using air fresheners.
The bathroom is very small and has no counter space. The kitchen is not cramped but has almost no counter space. It would have been nearly impossible to prepare meals.
The unit was clean (although there was a large live bug in one bedroom corner..), but it just seemed overall a bit dingy...like it could use some updates and nicer finishes.
We did find the bed very comfortable, and found that to be the best part about the property.
It wasn't a bad experience, but I wouldn't say it was completely suitable for us.
