This cozy cabin is nestled on a 1.3-acre wooded lot shared with two other cabins and is the perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the stunning Stanley Basin.

Conveniently located near popular destinations, you'll be only a half-mile away from Stanley Lake Road, 0.5 miles from Valley Creek, 3 miles from Park Creek Overlook, 4 miles from Stanley Lake and Stanley Lake Trailhead, 5 miles from Iron Creek Trailhead, and 12 miles from Redfish Lake.

In the winter months, the Valley Creek Cabin is the ideal basecamp for snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. With plenty of parking for a snowmobile trailer and easy access to the main groomed snowmobile trail, you can ride right from the property. The cabin is also located just 3 miles from Park Creek Cross Country ski trails, a local favorite.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a 4-person dining table. The cozy living room features a Bluetooth stereo, TV with Roku TV and DVD player with select movies. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen and full-size bed. The cabin also features 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer.

Step outside onto the covered patio, complete with a gas firepit, and relax in the fresh mountain air. Great secluded cabin

The owners take great care and great pride in their property. Close enough to the town of Stanley, but far enough away to be secluded and quiet. Our young family had a wonderful time here.

Birthday Trip to Stanley

Lovely stay in early spring. Incredibly close to downtown Stanley (6 minute drive) and many trail heads for hiking. Cabin does back up to a road but we had no issues with noise (just something to consider if bringing young children or dogs). Kitchen was incredibly well stocked and there was plenty of room for the four of us to hang out! Great place!

Terrific Stay

We stayed in this cabin with our parents while visiting Stanley for a wedding. The cabin was lovely. Both rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the gas fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen and living room had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.

Great location, fantastic hosts

The owners take great pride in this property. It's clean and more-stocked than we anticipated. They made the check-in process simple and were fantastic at communication before, during, and after our stay. No complaints. It's located about 6 minutes outside of Stanley; close enough if you need something, but far enough that it is perfectly quiet and relaxing. This location is perfect for a small family; ours was a family of 5 and it worked great.

Very clean, nice place. Very spacious. I love the hammock chair. It's just a few minute drive from Stanley Lake! We enjoyed it a lot!!The owner, Josh, is VERY nice and helpful. Quick to respond.I wasn't thrilled with the bedroom being so close to the highway in this particular cabin, but I just left a fan on at night and I didn't hear the traffic at all. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone!!

Just what we needed

We attended a wedding with a group of friends. It was nice to have 2 houses right next to each on other on the property. We had our own rooms and bathrooms and a place to sit outside on the Adirondack chairs to catch up. Bigger than a hotel room, a kitchen to enjoy meals and coffee and a living room area to relax and catch up.

We are Josh and Inga, a husband-and-wife team who own and operate this family-run vacation rental business located in the heart of Stanley, Idaho.

We’ve lived year-round in Stanley since 2008 and it’s been the perfect place for us to raise our two daughters, Elzie and Luiza and our beloved family dog, Ellie.

We are both outdoor enthusiasts who love to hike, fish, ski, ice skate, and explore the stunning landscapes of Idaho and beyond. Josh is a native Idahoan who grew up in Boise and Challis, while Inga is from Telenesti, Moldova who first discovered Stanley during a visit as an international student in 2007.

In 2017, we purchased our first vacation rental property, The Wall Street Cabin, and since then we’ve been dedicated to providing our guests with a memorable and stress-free vacation experience. As avid travelers ourselves, we know how important it is to feel comfortable and welcome in a new place. That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure that each of our cabins is designed with thoughtful amenities and cozy accommodations.
