The kitchen is stocked with any cooking utensil you might need. Plenty of glasses and plates and silverware! Brand new pots and pans, knives, baking sheets, blender, xtra large pot and roasting pan, etc….

Holiday weekend getaway

We had a great time here for our family. 4 sets of adults + 4 boys fit comfortably. The kitchen is well-stocked and the double dishwasher was very helpful. The boys played a lot of ping pong, down at the dock, and on the very nice back deck. Would stay here again especially in the summer to take advantage of the lake access.

Great House

We stayed at the house with 20 teenage girls and it housed all of us. Whitney was nice enough to let us have more than 16 people and everything was great.

Great Lake Getaway!

We had a fabulous stay! The house was very clean and everything is new! Plenty of space for the adults and kids. The double dock was a plus for our boat and jet skis. We will be back soon!

Great Lake Trip!

We had such a nice stay! The house was perfect for our big group. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and kitchen supplies! The view of the water from deck was beautiful! We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub during the cold weather too.

Hi! We are Whitney & Jonathan Jones! We are so happy you are looking to stay at our Lake House. We have 3 kids, ages 15, 13, and 11. We live on a farm in College Grove, TN but spend many days on Tim's Ford Lake. We have a few VRBO's on Tim's Ford. We love Farm Life & Lake Life! Our main profession is building houses in Nashville, but we prefer the laid back lake life if we could choose! We hope you and your guests enjoy this house as much as we do!

This Large, Luxury Home is one of the only New Constructions on the lake. Everything is nice and new and ON THE WATER! Comfortably sleeps 16 people. Windows Galore for a lake view from almost any room! You will have a blast hanging by the water, swimming or fishing off of the dock All day.
