Marvelous location! Very well kept and furnished. All the amenities you might need and wonderful lighting. We held a very special family event there and the host was exceedingly helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Tehachapi, or hosting a few more relatives than they have space for.

Amazing and Thoughtfully Built Retreat

You can see the love and thought that the owner has put into building a place for people to enjoy each other's company and have a nice time. The views are beautiful and the sounds of nature provide wonderful ambience. It will be at the top of my list for another friends getaway.

Beautiful and Accommodating Stay!

My sister-in-law and I brought our daughters and their friends here to celebrate their 18th birthdays. The home is beautiful, spacious and well stocked with all your basic necessities and even more! The host was super easy to work with and responded quickly to any of our questions. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a larger group! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolute perfection! Picture don’t do it justice!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was truly a perfect family get away and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beautiful views from every side of the home were truly breathtaking. From watching the sunrise to star gazing at night, our family couldn’t get enchanted. The home was well-equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the peaceful, secluded setting, which provided a perfect escape while still being close to town for shopping and dining. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. This place is a hidden gem, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with stunning scenery.

We had an incredible stay. From the start, we were looking for a place to host a baby shower and the host was so generous to let us do so. When we arrived, we found the pics didn't do it justice. The home was incredible, clean, gorgeous views and spacious enough for my 30 party guests to spend time outside and want for nothing. The beds were comfy and plentiful, so we were able to let guests stay over who had traveled into town for the shower. And the host communication was amazing. I would find myself thinking something, like hm how will we handle parking, and the host would text me with suggestions before I even put it into words. She also left a gift and a card for my baby shower. You can tell she's a genuinely good person and it made staying in the house feel very homey. I can't recommend enough, book this place! I hope to come back again one day with baby in tow :)

Perfect Girls Retreat

I stayed in this beautiful and comfortable home with seven other women—my sisters, longtime friends and their daughters. We had a wonderful weekend of laughter and good food, and the house suited us just perfectly. The large and well stocked kitchen enabled us to cook all of our own meals. The beds provided of variety of mattress firmness that everybody was able to find the perfect bed for them. The only thing I would caution people about is coming up here in bad weather as the driveway is not paved and rather steep. We got caught in an unexpected snowstorm, and getting out, proved to be a little nerve-racking for city Slickers. It’s certainly not a dealbreaker just something to be aware of. we are looking forward to returning in the future. Kristen was an absolutely wonderful host.
