It's located in the historic Old North End neighborhood and features a newly remodeled kitchen, a large backyard, comfortable deck with views of pikes peak, fire pit and hammock. The space offers fast WIFI as well a large smart TV that includes access to Netflix. The house is centrally located in a quaint neighborhood just minutes from all of the shops, restaurants, bars and activities Colorado Springs has to offer!

Great Springs House & location

My husband, son & I stayed for a week in the N. Nevada St house.....my other son lives a half mile away in a tiny bungalow....the house was great. Lots of sleeping space, nice livng area. The couch & chair were super comfy. The back deck & furniture were great... the yard is huge! Fenced in very well for our 25 lb dog. Downtown was super close with great restaurants. We went on lots of great hikes... we had our own tour guide in my son! Driving up to Pike's Peak is a must....just be aware of Altitude sickness if you are not used to the altitude. I wish there were some kind of yard games like corn hole and some board games or cards. The kitchen was well equipped....no wine glasses, tho....so i left some 😁 this property is a great house & yard and the hosts answered my emails very quickly. I highly recommend!!!
