In the Middle of the Action

The location of this property was exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to any amenity that you may be looking for. The apartment is nicely decorated and Mayda was extremely responsive to all communications! Will definitely book here again!

Cute and clean!

Its definitely right in the middle of all the acttion! Walking distance from tons of paces to eat and shop, a walk fro the beach, shower didnt have hot water, a lil confusion on the actual rental (we were given the wrong key) and panicked for a minute bc we couldnt reach the host. But it was all quickly resolved. She was nice and the place wss PERFECT!

Condado experience

This property is smack in the middle of everything...perfect location!! Close to beach, nightlife, restaurants and grocery/pharmacy stores all within walking distance. Couldn't ask for more. Apartment is beautifully decorated with all that is needed. Parking spot, wifi, great comfy beds a king and a queen, never lost power once. Towels were provided that were also very plush. Mayday was extremely helpful and a great communicator. Will stay here again in a heart beat. ❤️

Excellent Value in Condado Beach

Our family of 3 comfortably enjoyed this beautiful apartment during our 7 days in San Juan. The apartment is very well kept (like the photos) situated on a bustling street with bars, restaurants and shops including grocery store, CVS and Starbucks. Easy walk to several beaches & there is a cooler, umbrella, beach towels, and beach chairs for use. The larger bedroom faces the street and Friday/Saturday you can hear some nightlife below as you should expect in a city, however other nights it was quiet. The other bedroom is very quiet. This location could not be beat and the furnishings make it feel so cozy! We would happily stay here again.
