Guests consistently say the location is perfect—walkable to everything, yet quiet and relaxing when you’re ready to unwind. Inside, the home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with two separate bedrooms for privacy, a full kitchen, open living and dining areas, and a small workspace for remote work or studying. Many guests mention they feel safe walking the neighborhood—even at night, which is rare and valuable in a downtown setting. You’ll have off-street parking for one car with EV charging, and most guests find they can park once and walk everywhere. The nearby Looper free downtown trolley also makes getting around easy. This home is ideal for couples, friends, or small families, and is especially convenient for guests visiting the North Shore Aquatic Center, attending events near the Pier, or wanting a quiet home base close to downtown. What’s included: 2 beach chairs & beach towels Off-street parking with EV charging Full kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge) Fast, responsive host available if needed You’ll have full access to the entire home, backyard, and front porch/patio.

Excellent location, super clean and nice cottage. Host was very communicative and helpful. Only suggestion would be to swap out the pull out sofa for a more comfortable real bed in the second bedroom. Otherwise, perfect place and we had a great time.
The location is great. in a few minutes you are in North Shore Park walking along Tampa Bay. The cottage was clean and cozy. We just might rent it again next time we visit family in the area.
This cottage was absolutely perfect! Ideal location for an early morning walk along the water, late morning shopping at the shops off Beach drive, a stop at the magnificent Dali museum, cocktails at the Vinoy bar, dinner at one of the many fine restaurants steps away. The house was in perfect order, warm and cozy with every amenity needed and then some. And Lisa was a great host—very prompt and accommodating to any and all of my inquiries (and plan alterations due to the looming blizzards raging towards my home town). She made my stay — check in and check out— enjoyable and seamless. I would recommend this property without question.
Loved the proximity of the property to everything: excellent shops and restaurants, the Pier and the Bay. Bicycling throughout the lovely area was delightful! Would highly recommend. Great accommodations with lovely backyard patio area.
This is the cutest little cottage tucked into a sweet neighborhood. It was chilly so no beach time but there is plenty to do in the area including riding bikes to see Christmas lights and visit a few local bars. We had a great little weekend getaway!

Hello there! I take great pleasure in welcoming visitors to the lively downtown St Petersburg area! Whether you're here for work or leisure, I strive to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable stay.
I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacationRental, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.
I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.
I believe in living life to the fullest, and my family and I enjoy all the wonderful activities that our area has to offer. When you book with me, I'll be more than happy to share recommendations on places to visit and things to do. I want you to experience the best of St Pete and Pass-a-Grille Beach, so you can have a truly authentic and immersive experience!
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or specific requests. From manatees to museums, our area is bursting with exciting activities and attractions that you won't want to miss. I look forward to hosting you and helping you create unforgettable memories!
