Ski In from Bachelor Gulch - left of the Ritz Carlton - in five minutes. Ski Out is 160 steps up around corner before you can 'gear up' and let gravity take you down to 'Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express.' Else the Shuttle (Valley Route) runs every 12 minutes from front door to BC Village from 7 am to 5 pm. Dial-a-ride service available throughout Resort at an on call basis.

This freshly painted Townhome has updated bathrooms and a large Kitchen with granite countertops that feature bartop seating. The Dining Room has 6 seats and extends into the Living Room. Features include Wood Burning Fireplace with nice entertainment: Stereo, CD / DVD player, Wireless Internet and a 40' Samsung Flatscreen TV. Walk out to the expanded back deck and BBQ Grill.

Great cabin close to everything

A very well stocked and clean cabin! I stayed here with 5 other adults and we all fit very comfortably. The cabin was cozy and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful place in convenient location!

Stayed here with my family and dog. Place was spacious and meet all of our needs. Close to the slopes and very convenient bus system, just need to download village connect app. Owner was super communicative and responded immediately when we had questions. Large hot tub was never too crowded. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway…⛷🎿

The Ridgepoint condo unit was absolutely perfect for my wife & I, and three college age kids. Great amenities, hot tub, wood burning fireplace, a free shuttle service, & ski in / ski out gave tons of flexibility!! Kitchen is well stocked to cook, & the deck with BBQ was perfect. We Will absolutely be back…!! 🎿🍷⛷

Nice location and clean property

The property is as-advertised and our family of four (plus my mom) stayed there very comfortably. We took the shuttle for skiing every day and it was very easy and convenient to use. My husband did do the ski-out one day and really enjoyed it, but the slight uphill hike was a bit much for our younger daughter so the shuttle was best. Michael was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Wonderful Experience

There were 5 adults and had more thaN enough room for us. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had more items than mine at home. The proximity to skiing was great for the 4 that liked to ski. The home was pet friendly and the little dog loved to play in the snow with pine cones.

Great location and size

We spent 6 weeks here and were generally pleased with the property. The location is great, the Beaver Creek dial a ride is easy and access to the village and parking there are also a breeze. Layout of the townhome is nice having the living area separate from the bedrooms. Only issue there is that all the bathrooms are on the lower level which could be an issue if you have a full house with people sleeping in the loft and needing to go down two flights of stairs at night. I know that having two huge spruce trees blocking the natural light and 'shedding' on the balcony is out of Mike's control but getting those trimmed would be a huge boost. Kitchen is well stocked, having a gas grill is wonderful! If the pool and renovations are done by next summer, we'd happily rent 163 again! Mike was easy to work with and responsive.

Suggestion for 163 Ridge point

The condo offer a great location. Property manger was outstanding. Being on bus line was great. Not skis in and ski out, really only ski in if you can find it. The entire condo needs to be cleaned and washed. The rugs, blankets and carpets were terribly dirty. I was embarrassed how dirty the place was. The condo was dusty from head to toe. To much furniture in each room and no place to put luggage Very disappointed in the condition of the condo. Only bathrooms are on the bottom floor, and very in convent. Cords are messed up by TV and coffee table sticky. Sorry to say we will not be back to this place. Food everywhere left from others can be a pro or a con. Loved Beaver Creek and Ridge Point has such potential but this condo was terrible.

Great location, good space

We had a great trip to Beaver Creek and Ridgepoint. The house is very well appointed - anything you need you will find in the cabinets. There was plenty of space for two families, and we made good use of the hot tub at the clubhouse. We eventually figured out how to ski in and ski out, which was easy enough for a grown adult but not something that the kids were able to deal with (too much traversing with poles over flat or slightly uphill terrain). The shuttle service was super easy to use and made skiing hassle free. This house is in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.

Really lovely property, with plenty of room for everyone. It was really easy to feel at home, was really pleased to see the amenities in the bathroom (large bottles of shower products), the laundry (everything you would expect) and kitchen. Great place in a quiet neighborhood. The house has plenty of rooms and the loft is a hit. Close to grocery store (10 minutes drive) and Beaver Creek lifts (5 minutes drive). We did not try the ski in/out because the free shuttle from property to lift was quite convenience.

This townhouse was perfect for our family ski trip. The place was well furnished, clean and very convenient. When I booked the townhouse, there were 7 of us - we had an additional 3 people join and everyone was comfortable. The shuttle service was so efficient and timely that we never took advantage of the ski in/ski out ability. Michael is super helpful with anything that you need - restaurant recommendations, general questions and very responsive regarding townhouse questions. Would rent this unit again.

Mike was great to deal with and the condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Not specific to this condo but Beaver Creek seems more expensive than is warranted for the skiing experience. We caught a dry week though.

We stayed in January 2015 with our family so we could ski Beavercreek and Vail. The condo was spacious, well maintained and comfortable. We did need to take a shuttle to the Beavercreek Base but it came every hour and the drivers were very nice and helpful. We had a small issue with a leaky dishwasher that was promptly resolved.

Great Location, well equipped! Easy access to ski trails and on the bus route so it is easy to move around to and from the base of the mountain. The owner was very kind and reachable. it was a confortable townhouse for two families with teenagers. Una casa súper bien ubicada, con fácil acceso a las pistas y en la via del bus que te puede transportar fácilmente a la base de la montaña. El dueño muy amable y atento. Perfect Mountain Escape!

Can't say enough wonderful about this property/renter. Property is amazing...very spacious with wonderful Lodge type decor. We stayed here during our Christmas break with our two young boys and was a magical experience. Close to everything, shuttle service to village, everything you could possibly want and need is included at the condo. The renter is wonderful and flexible and you truly feel at home while you are there. HIGHLY recommend!
