Our stay was for 3nights and this was an ideal place to stay. It was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back again this season.

Before arriving I was concerned with location because it's not on the main strip, however I ended up liking it better because you can skip a lot of traffic with Teaster Ln. The only negative for us was the condo was advertised as “next door to the trolley stop” - the trolley stop was down a very steep drive and across a busy road, not really doable for our party so we just drove everywhere.

Layout of the condo was quite spacious. Very clean but could use some updating of furniture in living area. Office and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate several times at the Old Mill Pottery Cafe. We will definitely stay here again.

You couldn’t carry on conversations with the people you were with. I know it’s not the fault of the facility, but I think the local police should have been called to the area. There was a conference at the LaConte with thousands of seniors in attendance as well as the normal families just in the area for a vacation. Police presence would have been appreciated

That is a health hazard and should be in an area away from other people, especially guests. ADA height toilets would have be nice in the bathrooms l, a door on the laundry area, as the washer is very noisy, large dent in the freezer part of the refrigerator. Overall, a very good trip. Will plan to stay in the future. Main complaint was the smoking at the office door. They should have areas away from the guests.
