Disappointed Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming there for the past 3 or 4 years. Condo was very clean but we had several issues our door kept sticking couple times our key didn't work the TV didn't work maintenance came up and fixed it the first day still didn't wasn't able to get into watch channels we wanted to watch. On departure Day The office wasn't open we were not told what to do with anything we had that key ready to go into the office but they weren't open so we had to take it back to the room get them to the room just some inconveniences this time was very disappointing.

The condo was spotless as usual and all staff that we saw throughout the week were so friendly and accommodating. This time our niece and her family also rented a different condo here and they were very impressed as well. They even bought a weekend stay as a Christmas gift. We love the location for ease of access to everything in the area. It is just a blessing to be able to stay with this incredible property. We can’t wait to return.

Cherokee Lodge is a great place for couples, small families and large families. They are very affordable and close to all of the attractions and have easy access to the parkway, in a shorter amount of time. The condos are extremely clean and any issues that may arise are quickly resolved by a friendly maintenance team.

Had a small problem with hot water 15 mins after a call to desk problem was fixed. I hate to tell everyone about it because I want to keep it a secret but I send everyone I talk to about going to stay here this condo was cheaper than any of the hotels on the strip. Will be back again

Harassed us our first 3 nights because we were in the common area hanging out like we were told we could. We did nothing wrong. Threatened to call cops on us, but never did because we didnt do anything wrong.
