This beautiful vacation home with a heated gunite swimming pool, is set on over an acre of landscaped grounds and is located on one of the most sought-after streets in Osterville, close to the beaches of Nantucket Sound. The first story has wonderful areas to entertain and enjoy family and friends, including a spacious open floorpan with a large chef's kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area with fireplace and comfortable sitting area. Also on the first floor are a large wood paneled den, a recreation room with pingpong table and a private primary bedroom suite. Upstairs there is a second primary suite with ensuite bathroom and another bedroom with a full bath. The lower level has a finished room with two twin beds and a comfortable sitting area with television. Outdoors there is a large back yard with a bluestone terrace with gas grill, complete with a retractable awning surrounded by a rose covered stone wall, perfect for outdoor entertaining. We've been coming to Osterville for decades and can't recommend it more highly! It's a charming town with easy access to the beautiful beaches of Nantucket Sound.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this private oasis the first time we saw it. It's a spacious, comfortable house with lots of room to relax inside. Outside, it's like a private resort with swimming pool, spa, blue stone patio with dining table and chairs, gas grill and a spacious lawn.
What makes this property unique
Amazing location on the nicest street in town. Great for walking, proximity to town and access to local clubs.
