Families are shaped in part by their origins, and with some French roots from Cajun Louisiana and Canada the homeowners are happy to extend a warm "bienvenue" to the their lovely South Haven vacation home, Bonjour SoHa. Designed with family in mind, Bonjour SoHa is ready for your extended family or your family of friends. Bonjour SoHa cleverly offers a large gathering space, but also carves out smaller group spaces, with a main level living room, lower level living room, covered front porch and back screened porch. It is less than 10 minutes to walk to the Blue Stairs entrance to the South Beach, as well as to the amazing Kids Corner playground. In addition, Bonjour SoHa offers access to the Trailiside neighborhood pool just a few houses away.

INISDE THE HOME:

The main level is where your family will want to gather with an open concept living, dining and cooking space. A fully equipped modern kitchen includes all of the appliances, tools and serving pieces needed for fabulous breakfasts, elaborate dinners or simple lunches. The living room offers a large smart TV and cozy gas fireplace for additional ambiance. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and another half bath for convenience are also located on the main floor. Additionally, the main floor includes a covered front porch, a rear screened porch, as well as a back patio opening onto a large grass yard perfect for relaxing or playing games.

The lower level creates another suite of space with two bedrooms, a full bath and additional living room for entertainment and play space. Another large smart TV is ready for you to stream your favorite shows. You'll also find an assortment of games, books and toys for kids and adults. There's a 'secret hideout' under the stairs for the kids to hide and play.

The upper level offers a second master with a king bed and en suite bathroom, as well as two more bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom, making Bonjour SoHa flexible for any size family or gathering with multiple generations.

Bonjour SoHa is located in the lovely community of Trailside, which offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood is adjacent to the Van Buren Trail, a wide paved trail that heads north into downtown South Haven or south towards Van Buren State Park. The association's heated outdoor pool is sure to be a hit during your summer visit, with a large pool deck and adjoining clubhouse just a short walk from your front door. Bonjour SoHa also offers a natural gas grill, a Solo wood fire pit and some beach gear to borrow to round out your South Haven experience.
