Living Spaces
You'll enter an enormous and uniquely-shaped great room, complete with gleaming hardwood floors, and a stone hearth fireplace. This welcoming space features furnishings and decor straight out of a coastal-themed magazine. The tranquil shades of the sand and sea invite you to relax on one of the plush sofas or armchairs, maybe with a glass of your favorite beverage and tray of hors d'oeuvres in front of you. Cozy nights in are made even more enjoyable with the 55” HDTV on which to stream your favorite bingeable show or a long-anticipated movie. The basement level offers a second spacious living area, complete with sectional sofa and HDTV. The table for four is perfect for board games or a puzzle. The kitchenette is particularly convenient, with a wine fridge and sink.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

Cooking & Dining
The fully equipped and stocked kitchen will be the family chef's joy! Nearly endless cabinets mean there's plenty of room for all the groceries, while more than generous counter space offers plenty of room for food prep. An oversized center island provides seating for 5, whether enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon, while keeping the chef company. The adjacent dining table for 8 sits in its own regal octagonal space. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer abundant natural light and beautiful neighborhood views.

Bed & Bath
The second level of the home houses the grand primary suite. A true oasis, this spacious suite is the only room on the floor. Features include vaulted ceilings, a king size bed, plenty of storage, dual nightstands and lamps. The ensuite bath offers double sinks and a tub/shower. The third level of 301 Erie has four bedrooms, three with queen beds and the last with two twins. Two full baths are shared, one with a double sink and tub/shower, and the other with a single sink and walk-in shower. The basement level has another cozy bedroom with two twin over full bunk beds, and a bathroom with a tub/shower.

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy the fresh air on the large patio, complete with gas grill and alfresco dining table for 6. Spend your evenings around the fire pit, trading stories and making wonderful new memories!
