Perched at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, our townhome comes with a private hot tub, fireplace, and an open spacious design. Walk to restaurants and new distillery, only 20 to 25 minutes to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, only 20 minutes to airport, 15 from downtown, and 30 to Park City. Fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, and smart TVs. Nudged up against the beautiful Wasatch mountains, it's a perfect home base for a family or group vacation. Also 25% off ski rentals at 14 ski shops!

In Cottonwood Heights, and especially at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, you experience a ski town and outdoorsy vibe because of amazing access to skiing, hiking, climbing, and mountain biking in multiple canyons. We're also conveniently located near fun ski shops, bars and restaurants right down the street.

The main level includes the living room, kitchen, deck, hot tub, and the two queen bedrooms.

Upstairs you'll find the the king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as the the 4th bedroom with the two twins. Per HOA rules, hot tub hours are 8am-10pm.

Easy access to and from the freeway, and we're also walking distance to the mouth of the canyon and a "park and ride", where a ski bus picks up and drops off. Also, Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful across the valley making them a convenient choice.

Location Location Location

We are a family of 4 adults and we enjoyed our stay. Very close to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon, and right around the corner from our favorite restaurant, The Porcupine. This 4 bedroom townhouse is dated - this is not a luxury accommodation, but it is very clean and very well laid out. We would definitely stay here again, and very likely will try to stay here again next ski season.

Great property and owner!

We had a delightful stay at this property. No issues whatsoever and will absolutely book here again. The only thing I would recommend is updated pillows.
